Wills and probate, dealing with grief and loss and then the total incompetence of this company has been beyond comprehension. The lack of professionalism has resulted in the worst possible experience! AVOID

We’ve just completed on our house purchase with Graysons, and I wanted to leave a proper thank you because they genuinely made a stressful process feel steady and well handled.

From the outset, everything was clear and well explained. We always knew where we stood, what was happening next, and what was needed from us. That sounds basic, but it makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with something as important as buying a home.

Laura was excellent throughout. Calm, professional, and quietly on top of everything. She kept things moving without ever making us feel rushed, and when things needed explaining, she did it in a way that actually made sense rather than hiding behind jargon.

Emily was also brilliant. Responsive, organised, and always helpful when we needed an update or had a question. It felt like there was always someone keeping an eye on things behind the scenes.

What stood out most was that we never felt like “just another file.” Communication was consistent, and they struck the right balance between being efficient and being approachable.

Completion day itself was smooth, and everything happened exactly as it should, which is ultimately what you want.

Really impressed with Graysons, the price and the number of years they had been established as a local solicitors to Sheffield put my mind at rest. Being a first time buyer I hadn't gone through the process before, but from start to finish it was really straight forward, the process was about 90% app and 10% e-mail, it was a relief not having to take or make calls, it was all done when was convenient for myself. Lacey handled the process assisted by Felicity, top marks for the team.

I had an accident and was skeptical about using a no won no fee company. Grayson's put me at ease straight away and was transparent through out the whole process. James Hardy my appointed solicitor was so understanding especially with my mental health issues he went above and beyond to explain everything in detail no question I asked was too much trouble for him to answer. If I had to use James and Grayson's again or recommend to anyone these guys who I would trust.
