So far so good. I'm getting enquiries from Group Accommodation. I like the fact there is no commission involved and I can do my own bookings. Findings sites that do this is more and more difficult!
Setting up was easy and I feel I can ask for support when needed.

Group Accommodation are an excellent company to advertise your property on. We are in the process of advertising our property with them and cannot fault their communication and service especially Ed who has been there to support us and answer any questions we have about joining. We are now in the process of getting our page setup with Naomi and cannot fault her communication either. Great customer service all round!

James and Naomi are a joy to deal with and so knowledgeable in the short stay rental market. We are big fans and have plenty of great bookings from them. It is great to deal with humans instead of algorithms!

We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by GroupAccommodation. As a very large rural property sleeping up to 30 people this site is responsible for producing the vast majority of our enquiries and bookings.

We first made contact with GA in our first year of opening Radcliffes Lodge but because we had so much going on and trying to learn our new business we never joined them. However we kept in touch and they were always so helpful, professional and never pushy in trying to get us to join their website.
We finally joined in late February 23 and wow!, we are so pleased at the responses we have had in only 2 months and confirmed bookings. The team are easy to work with and we are excited to be onboard and work with them in the future.

Superb service, and it works! We recently added our large holiday rental property to their site. Within a week of going live, we have been getting enquiries every day, sometimes more than one a day and took the first booking within the week. They provide great service and have already helped our business.

So easy to use and so many properties to choose from, we will be using you again for sure.

I do really love this website.
To begin with, nowadays all websites are turning into comission per booking. Which isn't the case of GroupAccommodation. This allows a direct contact with potential costumers without intermediates which are usually anoying. Also as our property is really huge and prices are expensive, we aren't keen with comission per booking.

The amount of requests received by this website are trully satisfactory. Is such a great website for large properties, as the visitors is what they are looking for.

Finally their costumer service is great. I got noticed when receiving suspicious requests to avoid posible frauds. And what is more important, they are always providing tips and trying to encourage owners to improve their Villa profiles in order to improve the results.

I just started with Group Accommodation 2 weeks ago and have received several enquiries and 2 confirmed bookings. I am delighted so far.

My wife and I are owners of Escape To The Fields, a Glamping site in Wiltshire. We listed with Group Accommodation in mid December ‘21 for a year, with the hope of securing a few bookings through the site…
We have subsequently had a huge number of our bookings through the site, far more than we anticipated - as such, we have had to remove our listing this year, as we are already fully booked for 2023 (partly through repeat bookings and partly through GA).
The process of creating the listing through adding photos and text was made effortless by the GA team. We also found that ongoing managing and updating the listing was very straightforward.
In summary, we cannot recommend Group Accommodation highly enough. A massive thanks to the whole team for helping our business have such a successful 2022 and 2023!

Really thrilled that we are part of Group Accommodation. From day one they were professional caring and interested not forgetting extremely supportive. We get enquiries on a regular basis and have converted some into bookings. The team there is extremely helpful and the site itself is easy to set up with photographs easily updated.

What a great company to partner with and one I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to advertise their large holiday let. Naomi was amazing, even prior to signing up she spent lots of time helping and advising us on the best way to market our large holiday let, just brilliant. Given the level of service and help on offer with GA, I cannot understand why anyone would want to pay a large commission on every booking to some of the managed sites. I have used Group accommodation for just over a month now. I was hesitant at first as there is a capital outlay at the beginning, but no other costs.
I bit the bullet and started working with the lovely Denise.
I had enquires with 24 hours and have 2 bookings, which has covered my costs and paid for the next 3 years adverts!

The nicest company to work with, all staff are really lovely, fantastic enquiry rate and they have been so kind and supportive during the pandemic, I highly recommend!
