It is extremely helpful to be able to talk directly to someone who wants the same outcome ie for our businesses to succeed. They are keen to help and very efficient and professional.

I have just been reading other reviews of Group Accommodation and I could have written them all. Simplicity and easy booking process, personal contact with potential guests, control of your own property, no extra service fees, help when it's needed, the ability to speak to someone on the telephone and get an answer. I have advertised with other companies which have become so impersonal and enquiries have been poor over the past 12 months, mainly because their sites have become so difficult to manage. Within a week of being with Group Accommodation, I had 4 enquiries, 1 booking and after 2 weeks the enquiries are still coming in. I love the fact that I am in control again and get to talk or send emails to people. We build up a relationship before they book, which makes them feel safe in booking and I know it makes them respect the property more because they feel as if they know me, which is good all round. So far I am so impressed and will definitely recommend Group Accommodation to friends, both for bookings and sales.

Just joined Group Accommodation having been with other sites for several years. Its a breath of fresh air to now be back in control and have direct customer contact without layers of secrecy and dubious service fees.

We thought we'd try advertising our outdoor centre on Group Accommodation last year, but were a little sceptical. Now I wish we had done it sooner! We have had loads of enquiries and lots of new bookings, so it has definitely been worthwhile for us.
It has been very easy working with them and when I call Denice its like talking to a friend, She really seems to care about our business and they have helped us along the way.

Group Accommodation were extremely easy to work with. Very helpful and professional staff. A breath of fresh air to work with real and caring individuals after dealing with the larger global expedia owned companies who treat you with a like it or lump it approach and bullying attitude when I have been both a guest and an owner alike. It is also so much better to work with a UK company rather than allow a multi-national tax dodging corp take the revenue out of the UK.

Denise and Naomi who I communicated with and are based in the UK were very patient, did not pressurise me only offered real and proper assistance and held my hand when necessary. They were always available to answer any question very promptly.

I have already received my first booking 3 days after listing and have had at least 8 serious enquiries.

We've been using Group Accommodation for a number of years now and have had a lot of business through their site. We have tried a few other companies but none of them have provided the number of bookings or the flexibility to alter your own advertising. There's regular contact from their management team and help is always only an email or phone call away.

As owners with a listing on this rental website, I can't recommend them more. We decided to join GA to help sell our B&B, from the first instance of contacting them to the final e-mail to say we are live on the site it was so simple and easy. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and explained everything in a very simple and effective way. The site itself was really easy to use to set up and upload my listing. We have been with GA for a number of years: the customer care has been consistently very good and the number of guests booking via GA had increased dramatically in the past year.

I have just joined Group Accommodation and I must admit I thought that all property advertisers where the same, but I was wrong. Firstly I got quite a few emails from Group Accommodation asking me to advertise with them which I ignored again and again but I thought anyone who works that hard to get my attention must be worth listening too. I phoned and spoke to Denise and normally it would take someone a lot longer to be convinced to sign up, but she was different I did not feel that it was a hard sell more like a really professional personal service which is the way I treat my clients and want to be treated. It felt like she wanted my business to succeed.
It took me a while to get my profile together but I have got to say it was clear and easy to use broken down into easy sections making it clear to both me and the end user the cost of a weekend or week. When we went live within 5 minutes I had an enquiry and within 25 minutes I had a booking for New Years Eve, a weekend which other sites have had 10 months to sell.
I could not wait to phone Group Accommodation back and tell them the news, I didn't need to tell them they already knew and we're delighted for me. Now that is what I call service. I am looking forward to my new relationship with them

Early days yet, but to date extremely pleased with service offered when setting up my listing property.
Helpful, responsive, on the ball and knowledgeable, and in complete contrast to the American owned larger bully boy operators - its nice to be back in control again with my letting property, and comforting to now that trustworthy assistance and advice is just a quick call or email away.

I have had a property listed on groupaccommodation.com for 2 years now. At first, I was doubtful that the enquiries generated would warrant the subscription and it was just a trickle to start with. Now, we get good value, some quality bookings and really good service.

There is still a little way to go with the marketing reach.
