I have worked with lovely Denise of Group Accommodation for a few years now, and I can honestly say their service is second to none. Their team are so helpful and professional and really care about getting you leads. Their policy of putting you in direct contact with potential clients actually works, allowing you to talk to your potential clients and as a result I have had lots and lots of bookings. I don't bother with any other websites now, Group Accommodation is the only one I need to fill my diary with bookings and they are a pleasure to work with.

The team are always very supportive, giving an excellent service both friendly and quick to respond if you are having any difficulties adding information to your advert. GroupAccommodation.com is by far the best agency I have used to rent out my house. I have been using their services for the past two and a half years and have found them to be absolutely incredible. The staff are so helpful, you get a very personal service, and there are no nasty hidden charges as there are with other rental sites or over inflated commissions to pay. All the guests they have put my way have been wonderful and all have treated my property with the greatest respect. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Group Accommodation have helped us get off the ground as a new business and we are delighted with how many enquiries we have had for our large cottage which have turned into bookings. They seem a big player in the market place for large group accommodation and so glad we have found them and advertise with them.

Found the website on a casual google search and since my first communication with them foud excellent service. Then to my surprise I have got plenty of enquiries regularly and if I have needed communicating again it has stayed on the excellent level. I have been an owner with Group Accommodation for 5 years now and can only say that the service and results have been truly exceptional - by far the best value for money of all the "agency providers". Not only that but GA obviously have their finger on the market pulse as they are invariably the first to flag up any potential scams that are running. This year, I used the "late deals" offer as we had a couple of spaces in Jan thru March - all were subsequently filled and all by GA clients. A big thank you to GA from the owners and staff at Penbridge Court. Well done - keep up the great work

5 years on, am still very happy to have the personalised service GA offer. So, so much better than the giants of Homeaway (previously Owners Direct) who fleece your customers with high service charges and won't let you communicate directly until the guests have already sent their money!
GA is a small company who take their customers' (us) needs on board and are proactive in advising you - ie they will contact you if they think you need to change something. For example, way back when I was starting James contacted me to explain that I should change my weekend vs week price ratio. Priceless information! Always easy to contact, a lovely bunch of people who want to help your business succeed. Easy website to use and adapt to your needs. Now I'm setting up another large holiday let (this time in France) and am, of course, using the team at GA again. (And I'm dropping my Owners direct/Homeaway listing as their service for both myself and my guests is terrible and they take such an outrageous fee - at GA it is a one off up-front fee you pay and that's that!) BTW while I possibly get more OD 'views' for East rock House from Owners Direct I get more 'conversions' to actual paid bookings from GA too....Thanks especially to Denice for her encouragement and enthusiasm.

Back in 2012, just as I was getting fed up with a large booking website where I advertised Rushall Lodge, my holiday rental property, I received a call from Denice at Groupaccommodation. After a friendly chat, I was inspired to take the plunge and leave my existing agent to go it alone, with plenty of support though from Denice and the team.....It was the best decision I have made, and have advertised with them ever since.
Groupaccommodation.com are, as a team, helpful, incisive and driven. This is now such a competitive market, and my enquiries still increase year on year.
I have never had any problems contacting them either, which is nice to know! Very highly recommended!

Fantastic website, we have had the majority of our bookings through Group Accommodation, guests seem to find it easy to navigate and it has reached customers from a very wide area. We would definitely recommend signing up as a business.

We advertise with a few of the main sites .
But NO ONE can beat our bookings with Group accommodation .
We get at least 90% of our enquiries and bookings from this site.
They are also by far the Best company to deal with always there to help in any way they can .
And the service is personal and in English so you can understand every word.

I signed up with Group Accommodation having used HomeAway and AirBNB for years. I was so surprised to get more enquiries from day 1 than both these big corporate global holiday websites.

Looking at my statistics (YTD April 2018) Group Accommodation actually have provided me with the most bookings out of all the websites advertising my Villa, thats great as I don't pay them a commission at all - just an annual charge so happy days for me, well done guys! :-)
