Simple application process. Even enabled me to speak to a human when I had a question, a rareity these days. I hope I never need to use the product, but if I do I hope the claims process is as easy and efficient!

My grandson needed a guarantor for his uni accomodation..I readily agreed knowing that guarantor insure could cover me for my liabilities .
When I got stuck filling in the form help was always on hand quickly. Overall the process was seamless I hope never to have to claim on this insurance so I can't give them a rating based on that but up to now it's 5 stars all the way.

Tim was very knowledgeable and understanding when it came to the concern of joint and severable contracts. The price was really good and has given me peace of mind.

I wasn't completely happy with the completion of the various forms, some of them were quite difficult. Otherwise overall I was quite happy.

The form was slightly difficult to fill in .It would have been very useful if each page had been saved as you went along.If you went back or went onto chat all the Information entered was lost.The on line chat was very responsive and helpful and quick to respond.

Hard to rate as you only really find out when you need to claim!!
Applying went well but they never answer the phone…

I had a little trouble filling out the form (probably my fault as I was doing it while I was tired) so I emailed with a question. Response was very quick and helpful. Communication has been excellent.
Obviously the acid test will be if I ever have to claim! It's reassuring to have the insurance in place in case of any issues later on with my son's student household.

Its great to have a safety net regarding being a student guarantor but quicker phone retudns would be great.

Overall it was easy to get the cover I needed, maybe more questions and answers in the FAQ section.Tim was very helpful with all the answers to my questions. The insurance documents came through straight away.
