Nina, we can see why you’re upset. Waiting nearly twelve weeks for an order and having to contact support eight times without getting a clear resolution is not the experience we want anyone to have.

You’ve also already made it clear that you’ve emailed support, so we won’t send you back to the same starting point. We’ve sent a request for information through Trustpilot so we can confirm the email linked to order #27622 and match this review to the existing case.

Once we have that, we’ll pick up from where things currently stand, review the shipment history and the updates you’ve already received, and make sure this gets proper ownership from here. You shouldn’t have to keep chasing the same issue.

You make a fair point about airflow too. Because the blind creates such a tight seal, it’s worth thinking about how you want to ventilate the room, especially during warmer nights.

Matt, we can see why this left such a bad impression, especially when you were already trying to return the blinds and then had to wait several days between replies.

You’ve also raised a fair concern about the return timeline. If a customer contacts us within the return window, the case shouldn’t feel like it’s being dragged out simply because replies take time. We’ve sent you a request for information through Trustpilot so we can get your order number and email address, find the existing conversation, and review where the return request currently stands.

Once we have that, we’ll pick up from the case you already opened, not make you start over, and make sure you get a clear answer on the next step.

One small note for anyone reading: we do recommend following our measuring guide and submitting the actual measurements rather than making your own deductions, since the fit allowance is accounted for during production.

Really appreciate you sharing what worked for you, especially the difference you noticed between the larger and smaller windows.

We also appreciate the note on noise reduction. Guard Blinds can help dampen outside noise, but they’re not designed to fully soundproof a room, so that expectation is worth calling out.
