This is an excellent company to purchase from. I ordered a Concept 2 Rowing machine , received my confirmation and the machine was delivered within 3 working days. I was kept fully up to date with delivery timings and I want to mention Tommy who was excellent to deal with.

I bought a Foot Corrector from GymKit, ages ago. Then Covid happened then foot correctors disappeared then I became an anxious customer. Where’s my stuff please? I could have had beautiful toned feet during this pandemic if I had my bit of kit! GymKit wrote me the truth, many times- there were none to be had so would I wait? I did and the lovely thing arrived today. They are So easy and straightforward to deal with , really customer focused. Good guys!

My whole experience has been diabolical!
I ordered 2x dumbbells and standard back om 3 June 21.
I recieved no contact from the company. I had to ring and email multiple times to find out what was happening with my order.
The dumbbells FINALLY arrived in late Nov 21. I was on holiday at the time so my £700 dumbbells were left on my door step in the snow with a forged signature from myself.
Gymkit were simply not interested. I had to contact a neighbour from abroad to sort the dumbbells in order to prevent damage/theft.
I'm writing this on 26 Dec 21 and I STILL don't have the stand. Once again - no updates unless I make contact.
I've been offered nothing in terms of an apology etc.
I have never had such bad customer care/service.
A very expensive purchase with zero care from the company!

Only got one set of the dumbbell one month ago.
Still waiting for another one.

It is just so disappointed.
I have to wait for 6 months for the dumbbell while I have sold my old ones.
And Now I have to wait another month to phone up and send another email to chase for another set which supports to come as pairs.
In the meaning time, the website showing ***IN STOCK NOW DELIVERY WITHIN 3 DAYS***, which is shocking.

I ordered a refurbished treadmill from Gymkit UK, although it was a trouble trying to get it delivered due to the fuel shortage, they kept in contact. When it was delivered the quality was not very good so we contacted them and straight away they took the product back and upgraded the quality free of charge. They provide excellent customer service.
