Amazing service and very professional. They always contact me first for any changes and updating us of any changes. I definitely recommend.

I have a back injury and recently had my dryer catch on fire. Already handling a stressful situation, I was very happy to hear a stress free service existed. Pick up and drop off? Not sitting at a laundry mat and hauling my clothes with a toddler sounded like a dream. Definitely turned into a nightmare.

I'd like to start by saying my clothes smell lovely and we're folded with care. The quality is wonderful.

However, I scheduled my pick up from 8am-12am. No one contacted me when no arrived during those hours. I reached out and then they informed me they were having driver issues and let me decide if I wanted to proceed. I did, they picked up my clothes at 5pm Saturday with the expectation my clothes should still be dropped off at 8-12am next day.

Sunday comes along and I get a message at 8:30 saying that actually my clothes won't be delivered during those times. They asked did I want to proceed. I said I did but asked for estimated time. Worker advised he wasn't currently with my clothes but he'd let me know. Never did. I reached out at 5pm to see what's my status. They said it was being loaded and in route. It's almost 9pm at this point.

I get a message stating they can not drop off without successful payment. I'm surprised because I thought I paid before service was handled. My card declined because of the 70 dollar charge suddenly became 200 dollars. They ran my card without permission initially with a tip increase. I put at 7 dollars but now jumped to 17. The website states you final charge my be adjusted due to weight. Didn't tell me they adjust the tip as well. They stated my clothes were 90 pounds. I am skeptical of but I accept. (Will put photos to show the laundry I had done. )It's my first time using this "luxury " service but became more stressful than just doing the task myself.

I am not cheap nor unfair. I'm not disputing the charge or the tip because I was raised with integrity. I could very well be ignorant of how business practices are done but I'd like for the public to hear and decide if they felt this was a 200 dollar job.

P. S. I used the third party app Hamper that said it's against their policy to tell me the name of the vendor. Which is a lie, no where in terms and conditions does it say I can't know the vendors name because no, I wouldn't spend 200 of 4 bags of laundry and no, I wouldn't use the service again. Yet it was an hour conversation before I eventually had to go google hunt the name of this company myself.

Edit: I asked for a manager to show me in my terms and conditions where it states they can not reveal the vendor and they still haven't replied because no such thing exist. It's like Doordash not telling you the name of the restaurant that messed up your order. No one has gotten back and it's been over 24 hours. They say they respond in just a few minutes. But I guess that's only when they are in the right. The name of the direct vendor is Express Laundry Service. Do not use them or Hamper

Order was wrong. Price and option available when placing order did not match price and service after pickup. Return was delayed. When order was supposedly returned, nothing has been received.

Update my order 111118 still has not been returned now making it 5 days late. No update on when my clothes will be returned except for “it will be there tomorrow”. And my bill now shows $1,612 for 20 shirts to be dry cleaned. Could not be more unhappy with everything especially the customer service.

Multiple items of my laundry delivery were missing; customer service was inconsistent of answering the phone but would respond over message with an AI responder.

Great service! Very fast pick up and delivery. Reason for four stars versus five is I prefer if they would match the socks on Washington fault

Hamper is very professional when it comes to my laundry they pick up on time deliveries are on time fold clothes perfectly This is one of my best thing I did for myself and is worth every penny price is great.Kelley

My first time using the service for my massage therapy business, Tone Therapy, LLC and I am impressed! Pick up and delivery was on time. My linens and blanket were clean and folded neatly inside a plastic bag. They made sure the bag was secure. Everything smelled fresh! Using this service will save me time and effort. Fantastic services

I had an emergency as my dryer broke and I had a huge pile of laundry. I set up the service online and pickup and delivery as well as the quality of the wash/fold service was great!
