I found grease stains on my clothes that wasn't there when the order was sent out to be washed . I had to research how to remove the grease stains and hand wash/dry them over at home. I left a message but got no response. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

My clothes are always picked up and delivered on time. They are well cleaned and nicely folded.

Used the service in a pinch with no time & a STACK of laundry. Glad I did! Easy to set up, they picked up at my front door, they dropped off at my front door & I plan to use them again!

I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The delivery is terrible, the driver came upset, cursing and near-yelling because the type of pickup wasn’t communicated. The pickup and delivery were late beyond the window on BOTH ends, messing up my work meetings. The app is supposed to allow driver tracking and communication but it does not. My delivery was two-hours AFTER the latest time of the window and there was zero communication. I had to reach out to re-coordinate delivery.
After all of these issues, customer service was TERRIBLE. I was a first time user looking for a new service and they did nothing to address these bad experiences. They were only willing to my to offer a *small* coupon for future service. WHY would I use them for a future service if they do nothing to address issues for this one? They are terrible. Don’t waste your time or money.

THere are so many different bot/fake parties you must deal with, the experience is a nighmare. You place the order online and an app gives you an initial estimate and the verifies the time of the order. The pickup person came at the very last minute in the 3rd hour window which is ok, but they notified me 30 minutes before saying they were on the property but total blackout until the 30 minutes went by. Communication is NOT good every step of the day. The delivery person did come eventually. The next day when the laundry was to be returned, there is a message that simply said, "your laundry is delayed and you wil get it the next day." No one could be reached for a explanation. This is terrible. Then i got a bill for the initial estimate and when the laudry was returned two days later (without any explanation) the bill was doubled and there was NO $20 off for being a new customer. I do NOT recommend thiese crooks. If I am ill again I will risk getting some high school students who want extra money and will do a better job!

If I could give them no stars I would NEVER use this is service! They don’t check pockets of clothes for pens etc and ruined up to $500 worth of clothes with zero compensation. They promised to call me to discuss and never did. There are much better services they are awful never use them unless you want to waste money

I’ve been using HamperApp for some time now, and every service has exceeded my expectations. The app is easy to set up, and the process is smooth and hassle-free. I’ve been using hamperapp off and on to help assist in senior living communities. When our washer or dryer go out I know HamperApp always has us covered. Within 24 hours we had 850 pounds of resident clothes and linen cleaned and delivered.

We were traveling in Florida and staying at a resort instead of a rental home. I was looking to have our laundry done without paying the resort’s fees and that is when I found Hamperapp! They were on time and wonderful. Highly recommend! And a big thanks to Laura for making sure we were happy with our experience! Will definitely use again the next time we travel.

It may sound silly, but she is a rockstar, popstar hip-hop star any genre star you wanna call it in this field she deserves a lot of credit and a raise for what she does. She goes over and beyond what she needs to me. That is what I call magic. Give this girl a raise she deserves it. I put my hand on the Bible on this one on all the Bibles that exist no matter what she’s treating me well connected me when there was a mistake. Fix the mistake and we continued and she kept in contact and not leave me ghosted. This is someone you wanna part of your company if not controlling or managing your company hands down She’s gold don’t lose her..

The team at hamperapp really took care of us when we had to suddenly move out of our home due to some unexpected issues. We were told we had to get all our clothes out of the house and cleaned quickly, and the team at hamperapp was so accommodating and caring. It was terrific to know that our clothes, even though they're a small thing in the grand scheme of things, were well taken care of and I had one less thing to worry about. I would not hesitate to use hamperapp's services again!

Terrible service. Do NOT use them. You will be disappointed. I think the owners Gabriela and Laura aren’t communicating.
I ordered service they never showed up three times, I was going to cancel Gabriela assured me she would be on top of this. So they picked up the next day and they dropped the sheet set which I really needed washed and ended up on the Front sidewalk.

Then they delivered by dropping off not in person like I requested and none of the clothes were sorted and mist were inside out and different folds. Several socks are missing and one bra is missing as well as Hawaii Kona T-Shirt.

Then the driver walks in my Fri t lawn and breaks the sprinkler.

Omg! I just was about to wear my nightgown and not only is it smelly but none of these clothes were washed! Shame on you!!!!!

They are awful and wannabes. They refuse to pay for damages or to refund. Good riddance!!!

Elsa is great, she provided me a great service and helped me with all my questions, fully recommended.

Very disappointed with this service. We left our laundry bag at the bell desk for collection as instructed, but it was never picked up. Customer service later claimed it had been collected after we followed up the next day as we hadn’t recieved any notifications. We had also confirmed with them beforehand that they needed to let us know where to send the barcode bag tag—but they never requested it. As we hadn’t received any notifications, our follow up was a chance to ensure it had been collected however it wasn’t investigated and we were left with no clean washing.
Would not use this service again.

First time customer and very impressed, my order was pick up and deliver on time, and super clean and smells amazing. Laura was super helpful and friendly, and her supervisor made sure everything went perfectly. You can tell they care about service.
