I bought one handle
I bought one handle, I had an absolute nightmare with trying to return it as they made it as difficult as possible, including getting a refund, which I eventually got. Their customer service is very quick with replying emails, but the whole experience was terrible. I ended up with paying more in postage for the initial delivery and for the refund than the cost of the handle itself. Never again.

You ordered 1 handle from us which you decided you didn't like and made a return request on the 7th June, in which case we sent you the returns note on 8th June for you to return. Therefore not sure how we made this 'as difficult as possible' for you providing you with the returns note in less than 24 hours of your request.
