My customer service rep Andy...The Best!!!
My customer service rep, Andy did an awesome job. The hangers that I wanted were out of stock and there was quite a wait till they came in. So Andy said that he will get back to me after he finds a comparable hanger. After just an hour Andy contacted me to let me know that he found something he thought I would like and he was right.
Many thanks to Andy for going out of his way to help me. Now when ever I need hangers, hangers.com will be the place I shop.

What went wrong is that I sent an email…
What went wrong is that I sent an email with photos to customer service over two weeks ago and then a follow up last week informing that my shipment of 50 hangers arrived in a damaged box and contained broken hangers. I requested some partial refund to my credit card. To this date, I have received no response.

There were some damaged hangers sent in my box of 100. I emailed the company to see if they would exchange them or just send me new ones and they never responded.

Return process awful
I have purchased from Hangers.com many times and I like their products. This time I ordered the wrong hangers (my error). The return process is terrible. I have sent emails, made phone calls and have not yet received a response. I love the hangers but this experience has soured me in Hangers.com.

Received imperfect hangers
Received imperfect hangers, I waited patiently for a call tag to return them and they were going to replace. I never received either. I sent the hangers back at my expense, as they were in my way. Still waiting for a replacement or credit. It’s been over a year.
