I ordered the hangers only to find out several days later that they are not in stock. Could you have mentioned that on the website? Now I have to wait months for my order. Seems to me that in this day and age, the hangers should be marked "OUT OF STOCK" when you initially try to order. Please get your act together.

Large selection
The selection is large and I was able to find the exact hangers I needed. The online ordering system was easy to navigate and I never needed to seek extra help. I received my order in less than a week.

Great variety of products, all in one low priced stop. I'm hangin' out at Hangers .com! My shirts and pants have never looked better, and my dry-cleaning bill have been cut by a third.

Disappointing Experience
My previous experiences with this company have been positive, but this time not so much. I ordered hangers and after a few days received word they were out of stock. A substitute was suggested. I agreed to that and was told they would ship 6/2. I have received no tracking info and no hangers. I emailed the person who contacted me about the different hangers. She was on vacation but due back 6/14. Today is 6/15. I was also told the substitute hangers would be a little cheaper but have seen no adjustment to my account.

Rating is 2.5. My order got here on time and was correct, no complaints on that end. Unfortunately, what I ordered wasn't what I was looking for. When returning my order there was a 15% restocking fee and I had to pay to ship it back. It cost me 70% of the cost of my order just to return something I never even took out of the box. I wanted to support a business instead of going straight to amazon. Unfortunately, they forced me to end up going to amazon anyway. I will say if you know 100% what you want, this company will be great. If there's a chance you might have to return your order, go somewhere else. Another positive, their customer service guy was great. He was upfront and polite about everything. I do wish more companies had service like that, too bad the company policies dont match.

Placed an order and was then canceled because of zero stock on item. Would be nice to update website quantities before customers are buying and placing orders .

We supply hangers from households to large corporations and as much as we try to forecast, at times we cannot plan for some inventory level adjustments. High quality hangers. I love that they are now more flexible in their bundles sizes. Their shipment speed rivals Amazon.
