I love Happyrun's products. My G100 Pro is amazing. I have had a few issues with my bike, but Happyrun was quick to respond and sent me replacement parts through my warranty. Free of charge. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

Great assistance fast delivery and very good communication.

When I first received the bike there was an issue where when I applied the throttle it would work for a couple of seconds and then cut out. We thought maybe it was the front motor so they shipped a new wheel to me. It turned out it wasn't the issue. I was in the middle of moving so I didn't get back to the bike for over a month. I contacted customer service and they said they would ship me a new controller. Great service.

Other than being a bit slow to respond they were incredibly helpful and attentive. My top battery fried on me and it was investigated and shipped within a week.

I recently bought a e bike that had a warped disk on the front wheel. It was a little disappointing, but I reached out to Happy Run to see how I could resolve the issue. Within 2 days they got back to me and sent me a replacement rotor. I am impressed by the responsiveness and I’m looking forward to replacing the rotor and enjoying the product! I think how I was able to get a response quickly was that I registered my bike on their website with my order number, emailed politely with a video of the issue, and responded back to their replies in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for e bikes, and even if the bike did not arrive in perfect condition, the customer service more than compensated.

Great company witha great product line. Lost my keys and was able to verify and order a replacement set in 1 day. Super friendly, responsive and professional.

They replied to my last review making it sound like they would make it right. It was just for optics, they emailed promptly saying we’re on our own. Every component broke within a year. 108 hours of labor replacing parts. They said they “know it’s frustrating”.

Happyrun Sports makes the fastest most reliable E-Motos on the market, at a more than approachable price considering; I was surprised to find their customer support very responsive because when you launch a new product theres bound to be some hic ups but like I mentioned I found their support more than adecuate.
I cant wait to upgrade my entry level e-mto once the F 18 I got runs through my heavy paces, perhaps. HappyRun s Here!!!

The team has been great guys have been wonderful. They helped me out tremendously when I had issues with the bike. They took care of everything no questions and helped me properly to get everything up and running. The prompt service shows that they care about their customers for after sale support. I had a few issues with some components that failed, and since they were under warranty, I was sent replacements in a prompt manner. I really like the bikes.

The Happy run G300 pro is a very high quality build. It's easy to see how it got its name as the "Tank". Makes my daily commute to work fun and enjoyable. The service I received was top notch. Friendly and helpful. They responded to my emails very quickly. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

I love thy bike so far. Happy Run has also been very helpful and responsive in resolving an issue with a broken tail light.
