I never got a reply on my customer service feedback. Someone at Hardloop made a wrong order for delivery and my package couldnât be delivered to me due to insufficient information. This package was a christmas gift and the box arrived in bad condition. In the end, we solved the problem with czech delivery company. Whatever, but I wish someone got back to me at least.
