We sadly lost our mum Bimla so sudden. She would always make sure her loved ones were comfortable, looked after and happy in life. Nothing was ever too much trouble for our mum Bimla.

In return we wanted to show mum the same respect she had done for us all.
Jas from Harmony made sure everything went smoothly on the day it mattered the most to us all. Very professional and understood everything we wanted to do.

From the moment our dad (Resham Singh) sadly passed away, Harmony were there supporting us, giving us guidance, support, comfort, at such a difficult time for our family. Our dad was unique to us and we wanted a special funeral for him and Lorraine was excellent at arranging everything for him, she kept in touch with us at all times and made everything so much easier to deal with. She is a great asset to the Harmony Team at Coventry, thank you all again for your lovely service 🙏

Pinder bhaji was great (Derby). Everything was done with patience, promptness and flexibility.

I was deepest touched by advice and service and support we needed. I felt they were part of the family, they integral part of the overwhelming days and kept everything in order to give my dad a dignified funeral. A thank you is not enough to describe our gratitude.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Jas paji and the whole team for helping us plan and organise my dad's funeral.

From the moment I had the initial telephone conversation with Jas paji, I was put at ease and instantly felt supported thanks to his calm and caring manner.

At a time of great distress and pain the care and compassion that was shown by Harmony Funeral Directors was very much appreciated. No question was too much for them to answer and no request too large.

Jas paji from Harmony in Wolverhampton ensured my dad received the funeral he deserved, and the arrangements far surpassed our expectations.

Throughout this difficult time, Jas paji guided me and my family on what had to be done. He took the lead, as I had other things to focus on. Jas paji was always available when I needed to speak to him and offered guidance and kind advice.

We were humbled by the level of respect and care shown towards our dad while he lay there in the chapel of rest. Also, in helping us to achieve our dad's last right according to our Sikh traditions.

Harmony made my dad's funeral very special, something he would have been proud off.

Not sure how the team do it, dealing with bereaved family's day after day. It takes a special kind of person to take on this type of calling but hats off to them for serving our families as such difficult times.

I truly wish I didn’t have to use their services but I’m glad we did. If looking for funeral directors, you would be hard pushed to find a company more sympathetic but professional at this time of need.

I can’t thank Harmony and Pinder phaji enough for getting us through a very difficult time .Pinder Phaji was very calm, reassuring and very helpful , he explained the whole process to us in a very sensitive and compassionate manner .
On the day of my dads funeral (Mr Tarsem Singh Mehngar -18th Aug 2022) , the Harmony team and especially Pinder Phaji delivered a beautiful , respectful service which my dear dad truly deserved.
I would like to thank Pinder Phaji for reading out a poem that my dad wrote in panjabi for his own funeral .My family are so grateful to him as he did my dad proud and great justice to my dads poem whilst granting his wish .

I had to arrange the funeral on behalf of the Jutla Family through this very difficult time, have never done this before.
I must say the whole experience was made very simple and easy from the very beginning through to the end. My first point of call was Jas in Wolverhampton who directed me to Satty in West Bromwich where the family wished for things to be dealt. Every communication was very pleasant and simple, even when I was making continuous calls to relay messages between the family and Satty. Satty was always very calm and always willing to guide.
On the main day all the members were very helpful and made the difficult day going smoothly. THANK YOU for making things easy.

My mom was treated with immense respect, and Jas from the Wolves branch was very respective and helped our family through the whole process which was very comforting. The service was beautiful and every little detail was planned to perfection and no request was too much. Thank you to the Harmony team and Jas especially, as we were able to give my mom the send off she deserved.

Following the sad demise of both of my parents within five days of each other, Jas at the Wolverhampton branch of Harmony provided sympathetic and excellent service.

From first contact to the cremation everything was handled with care, respect and empathy and it felt like the team at Harmony were dealing with one of their own family members.

The approach was sensitive to Amritdhari needs and the service from Jas felt personal. He assisted with the bathing and dressing of dad whilst a female member of staff did the same for mum. I was reassured by the way everything was done and satisfied with how my parents were treated which was with concern, care and dignity.

Jas helped with suggestions for the shabads for the crematorium and he was instrumental in securing a double slot so that both my parents could go together. Jas also provided an abundance of other advice and tips which made life easier at an otherwise testing time.

The Wolverhampton branch is well run and Jas has personal qualities which make him well suited for the role. Nothing was too much trouble and phone calls and emails were responded to promptly. During the process, I also met the family who own Harmony and they equally had an empathetic and caring disposition.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Harmony Funeral Care based on my experience.

Pinder is an asset to Harmony Asian Funeral Directors. My grandmother passed away in February 2022 and I spoke to Pinder who explained the process, discussed options for flowers, coffins. Elevated any worries and questions I had, worked with my family closely to get everything done as per Hindu rituals. Highly recommend.

As a family of Mr Ganatra we would like to thank Harmony for their kindness, sensitivity and high level of professionalism during a very emotional time. I was informed about Harmony funeral services through my local gurdwara in Coventry. I visited Harmony on the 10th March a day after my nans passing. I was extremely upset and heart broken and Nav who was at the front desk was absolutely respectful, professional and caring. Nav immediately made me feel at ease and I knew then that I knew my nans funeral arrangements would be in good hands.

Harmony was professional from the word go and they were with me every step of the way. There were times where I wasn’t sure of what the process was and they helped every step of the way.

I rang at various times and sometimes at short notice but nothing was ok much foe Harmony.
