As anyone can imagine losing a parent before their time is horrific. Arranging a funeral is a child’s worst nightmare. During this process Jas has kindly walked us through the whole arrangements, Jas has been sensitive and considerate throughout the whole process.
Jas certainly went the extra mile during this painful and difficult time. Although our pain will last for many, many years I will be forever grateful for an honourable funeral we was able to give to our beloved mother. I have the utmost respect for the professional manner we have been treated by All at Harmony Asian Funeral Directors.

They provided all and more then what we requested and have been pleased by their support.

Jas at the Wolverhampton branch offered an exemplary service and nothing was too much trouble. I truly wish I didn’t have to use their services but I’m glad we did. If looking for funeral directors you would be hard pushed to find a company more sympathetic but professional at this time of need.

Staff are very nice dealing with customer

It was a difficult time when dad passed away and we didn't understand any of the funeral procedures. Harmony came and gave myself and the family the support & guidance we needed. The funeral day would have been difficult if it wasn't for Harmony, we are thankful Harmony were there through out this difficult period.

Excellent service provided by Nav and his colleagues at the West Bromwich office. Throughout what has been a difficult situation for many reasons, Nav listened to and understood our needs and acted upon our requests without fuss. He remained patient throughout and Harmony on the whole have been very flexible. What was an extremely difficult day was made easier by the funeral director and his team as they were attentive and just got things right. Can't thank you guys enough.

Through out this difficult time, Harmony Asian Funeral directors, guided me on what had to be done. They took the lead, as I had other things to focus on. They were always there when I needed to speak to them and offered kind advice.
They made my dad funeral very special, something he would had be proud off.

Wanted to collect the ashes on a saturday they demanded a payment of £50 , it seemed very unprofessional, despite having spent £4400, well their loss, just after a month , used Funeral directors from my local area and they were very professional....

Excellent customer service, very understanding and helpful during the whole process. Really took away alot of stress and tension during a difficult time for the family.
