Clearly a loss is the most difficult time taking on board bereavement and having to make necessary arrangements.
The service by the team at harmony was faultless and brilliant with the needs of the bereaved family at the centre of all that they did . There was nothing that was too much trouble and they guided us through all matters in a comprehensive way right through to the funeral day and beyond .
Our heartfelt thanks to all of the team for looking after us so well at the time of our loss .

Really knowledgeable and efficent and helpful

We cannot really put into words how much we appreciate the hard work, professionalism and sympathetic approach Harmony have shown at this difficult time. ThWithout Harmony we would really have struggled.They have gone out of their way to make the process easier for the family. Without Harmony we would really have struggled. We cannot thank them enough. We would highly recommend them to anyone who has the misfortune of losing a loved one. There wasn’t anything that was too much for them and they were very patient throughout. Our deepest appreciation from the whole family. Thank you to the team Mani, Jas, Jas, Neil and Morris. The service from Harmony was tremendous. During our difficult time of losing our father, we didn’t know what to expect or what we had to do. Mani was great as he explained everything we needed to know.

Harmony gave me hope when all was going wrong. I struggled to get my dad's mortal remains to Africa during this time of lock down. Things were difficult. Tried some other funeral directors but they couldn't help me. I was frustrated and felt like my dad's remains was stuck here in the UK then a friend referred me to harmony. They chased all the documents that I had to prepare and they gave me minute by minute updates. They kept my dad for more than a month without charging a dime. Dad's remains went home looking fresh. The staff are very polite and understanding. They allowed me and my family to view him any time we wanted. I am more than satisfied. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Just wish to say thank you harmony.

The service was really professional and very personal. The communication and guidance was excellent during the lead up to the funeral. We felt that we wasn't forgotten as a family even after the funeral as Harmony called to make sure we was all okay and if we needed anything to help during this difficult time. Thank you once again

Nav, Jaz and the team where incredible. Even during the covid-19 pandemic they supported us all the way and fulfilled My mothers every wish, and helped us as best possible with arrangements during this time.
