Firstly it’s not an app
Firstly it’s not an app - it’s a website. It’s also only a meal plan so to speak - however you cannot see the nutritional values of a meal without the add on subscriptions, you don’t get a “consultant” with out another added subscription, want to do the groceries for the week ahead - forget it - the shopping list is only for the current day - unless you pay more money . Cancelling the subscription takes a decade as they keep sending u round and round in circles still trying to get you to pay for more add-ons!!!
And lastly - they refuse to refund the initial charges! If I could I would give this mob a -5 stars! 1 star is fairly generous!!

Don't waste your money on this
I wish I checked reviews before I purchased. This diet app is a waste of time. They want you to upgrade for basically everything. Its just a meal plan. No education, no explanations on the plan. They lied about the 30 day money back guarantee, that's only if there's a fault with the app apparently. They also lied before I signed up saying I could be at my goal weight in 9 weeks. After signing up they say you to lose weight 4x faster sign up for premium. When I queried the weight loss based on the estimate they'd given prior to signing up they stated weightloss if the plan is followed strictly could be 3 to 6 kg per month. Nothing close to their initial estimate. The meal plan is fiddly and time consuming and requiring lots of different ingredients.
This program definitely isn't for me and I believe there a far better programs available, possibly even for free.

Salut, Lustina! Ne pare foarte rău să auzim că ați avut o experiență atât de frustrantă. Echipa noastră a identificat profilul dvs. și a contactat cu confirmarea anulării abonamentului și alte detalii pentru a corecta situația.
Pentru claritate, abonamentul poate fi anulat oricând prin contul dvs. personal sau contactând asistența prin e-mail la hello@healthgenom.com. În plus, serviciul de abonament este întotdeauna opțional, puteți primi doar un program de 30 de zile fără plăți recurente în viitor sau un program bazat pe un abonament. Ne cerem scuze sincer dacă acest lucru nu a fost clar sau a provocat frustrare. Aceasta nu este cu siguranță experiența pe care ne dorim să o aibă utilizatorii noștri.
Echipa noastră v-a contactat prin e-mail pentru a clarifica această problemă, vă rugăm să verificați răspunsul! :)
Scam!
You were not given enough information upon purchase to understand that without the premium you get nothing but recipes with NO health information and no food tracking. It said it was an app. It is not an app. It is a website. They want you to pick a consultant making it seem that is part of the program not telling you that is also an additional charge. On every recipe you have to pick that you do not want premium if you accidentally click you are automatically charged without checking if you intended to click that. It said you could easily cancel within 5 days but fine print says you can’t cancel if the website works so denied cancelling even though I cancelled immediately as it was not as expected. Scam scam scam!!!!

Having a lot of trouble canceling subscription
Signed up 6 months ago and haven’t used the app at all and now I have been charged a renewal .
Trying to cancel subscription via app is impossible . It just keeps taking you to another page and not the cancellation page .

Refund refused
I bought the app and decided after 10 min. this was not for me. It was not what I expected; they say the program is established in Europe and the entire platform was in French, so I am assuming I buy a European product to start of with. Then, when I finalized payment, everything was in English and I got directed to a non-french site. As per European law there is a legal retraction period of 14 days for any product or service bought online. They refuse to adhere to European law and use their own Terms and conditions, but those are overruled by the law. They won't hear from it, refuse to follow legal stipulations and so I see myself obliged to start-up the cumbersome process with PayPal to get the money back.

Soy javier y soy diabético desde los 19 años. He pasado por muchos ajustes en mi vida, especialmente con la comida, es difícil no sentirse abrumado por tener que consumir pocas calorías y también tener que seguir dietas aburridas que me hacían sentir peor.
Hace poco mi esposa se suscribió a HEALTHGENOM y vi que sus platillos son muy atractivos y fáciles de preparar, ella me comentó que se siente muy bien y decidí inscribirme yo también, he notado la disminución de inflamación así como el uso de mis dosis de insulina, estoy probando ingredientes que no eran familiares para mi pero muy ricos. En pocas palabras estamos haciendo un cambio muy positivo en nuestra alimentación y nos sentimos muy bien.
