I had a really fantastic experience with HealthPlan. I was dealing with Bradley Goble who was knowledgable and professional and extreme helpful and accommodating when I didn’t have time to speak in depth by arranging to call me back at a time that suited. I’m very happy with the plan recommendations and price. He made the process very straightforward and I highly recommend the service if you are busy and don’t have time to compare different plans yourself.

I completed a simple web enquiry form and was promptly telephoned by a super helpful advisor (thanks, Natasha!). Friendly and efficient service, took the time to understand my needs, checked everything carefully and within a very short time was able to offer me better cover for half the price I was quoted by my current provider. So easy and so worth doing - I have saved hundreds of pounds and improved my level of cover. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Irfan who was absolutely superb. I've been looking into a number of different policies and Irfan has been the best I have spoken with. Irfan provided me with great advice and answered all my questions. He was always very quick at getting back to me via email when I had additional questions.
I really felt like Irfan listened to what I needed to provide me with the best recommendation.

Went through the quotation process with Ziggy and he was nothing but absolutely amazing. He was attentive in listening to what I was looking for and finding the correct policy, found me an amazing deal of which was half of what I was expecting to pay and has incredible customer service skills - he was like talking to an old friend mixed with all the professionalism you would expect.
