Stuart Hendy at Healthplan could not have been more helpful when it came to finding me the best plan to suit my needs and budget. Not only did he find me a better plan than I was on with wider hospital coverage, but also saved me money. Stuart offered candid advice, always followed up with me when promised, made sure he answered all my questions fully, and took the time to explain the options in detail in a way that was easy to understand. No overpromises, just honest, friendly service, offering quality options. Highly recommended.

I sent an enquiry request through late on Wednesday evening and early Thursday had a call from Ashley. She explained that her company are brokers so she was able to find me a policy that was much better than the one I had found when I'd searched direct with another well known company. The policy Ashley found for me gives me more benefits for nearly hafl the monthly cost. Thank you Ashley, another very happy customer :)

After my initial website enquiry, I very quickly received a call from Ashley. I initially thought that this was a way to "pressure" the enquirer, however, I couldn't have been more wrong. Ashley explained why she was calling and how things worked. With my consent she asked me a few relevant questions and took the time and had the patience to explain all my options, finding me a fully comprehensive policy at a resonable monthly cost. Got Cover the same day with Martin and for a very reasonable price. Happy with how quickly I could get it done and I had all of my questions and concerns properly answered.
