No box and zero communication
My box didn't turn up and I wasn't notified. When I queried it via the chat as that's the only way to communicate I was told two different reasons. One said there was an error with the courier and that I wouldn't be getting my box. The next person told me that my box got wet and wouldn't be delivered. Wasn't a good experience and I would expect better. The app said for the entire day that my box was being delivered. As our front door is quite exposed to the public we waited and waited....wasn't until I queried it's whereabouts at midnight that I was told there was no box.
So much for getting in touch team!

Great selection of menus of which most Iâve never come across. Great delivery service. They follow the instructions perfectly that Iâve given. Food once prepared and served is absolutely delicious. Avoid HelloFresh
Avoid HelloFresh. My sign-up experience was a complete failure.
I signed up using my new address, yet they delivered my first order to my old house 80km away. So someone else got my box for free while I got nothing.
The response was exactly what youâd expect from a scripted call centre â refund offered, then a token $15, and when I pushed for the obvious fix (a replacement box), they agreed only if they removed my original sign-up offer.
So effectively: they make the mistake, I miss out entirely, and their âsolutionâ is to claw back the very deal that got me to sign up.
Thatâs not just poor service, itâs a complete lack of accountability and basic common sense.
Cancelled immediately. Wonât be back

And as you can see the company did a stock standard response below of âwe careâ and âwe will contact youâ. But guess what, they never did!!!

Great recipes, very handy when youâre a busy person good pricing and I like the commitment to reducing packaging. Food items are always fresh takes the hassle out of thinking of what to have for dinner some of the flavouring sachets have additives so I try and avoid those. Iâd love them to do an organic range.
