I would put ZERO stars if I could.
DO NOT purchase anything from this company!
I paid $100 for a replacement watchstrap for my Cartier watch. It was worth MAYBE $10. Absolute cheap crap.
While they claim to be in Switzerland, their products are from China. Shipping takes forever.
NO customer service - you get an AI reply.
I returned the strap and asked for my money back. NO REPLY.
My bank is looking into it and hopefully I will get a refund.
Please save yourself from a terrible experience and buy a watchstrap from anywhere, for $10, because it will be the same as a $100 one from Helvetus.

Produit non conforme. Je commande un bracelet acier pour Tag Heuer carrera. J'essaye de l installer, impossible, trop large! J'écris au service client qui demande des photos pour enfin me dire que le bracelet n est pas adapté pour ma carrera. Bizarre pour un bracelet fait pour cette montre avec la bonne dimension d entrecorne! Concernant la qualité, c'est du cheap, grosse trace d'usinage, c est grossièrement poli, bref si vous avez l'habitude des hauts standards de l horlogerie passez votre chemin. Enfin c'est du drop shipping basique, vous recevez votre colis direct de Chine dans un sachet plastique temu, pas de boîte, pas de mode d emploi. Bref un marchand à fuir.

I feel ripped off. Bought a strap changing tool for $23. It looks nothing like the one on their website. They refused to help me. The tool works poorly and wouldn’t be worth more then A dollar or two.

Would warn people to never buy straps from this brand. I ordered one, DHL claimed it was delivered when it wasn’t. I asked Helvetus to open a case with DHL since only the sender can open a case and they refused to do anything about it and claimed that if DHL flagged as delivered is because it was in fact delivered. I did not get the strap and paid for it. So - their customer service is terrible. Would not trust getting another strap.

I am beyond words. I have ordered the strap more than a month ago. I have been asked to wait-with no time frame. There is also a refusal for a full refund. You are also not able to contact them except by email which will be replied to by aI presumably as the the lack of empathy is quite shocking! Avoid, avoid avoid!

Armband im Wert für CHF 140.- bestellt, im Gegenzug Schrottware direkt aus China für CHF 10.- bekommen. Das Band ist praktisch unbrauchbar, weil es eine schlecht kopierte Faltschliesse hat und dadurch sehr unbequem zu tragen ist. Zurücksenden kann man es auch nicht.

Auf Armbänder besteht kein Rückgaberecht! Dies ist einem bei Kauf nicht transparent angezeigt. Im Gegenteil: Auf der Seite mit dem Armband wird explitzit mit "Easy Returns for a hassle-free shopping experience" geworben.
Das ist aus meiner Sicht klare Täuschung des Verbrauchers.

I bought a bracelet from Helvetus, and now I'm trying to return it because it doesn't fit my watch properly. We're still within the 14-day return period, but they simply reply that the products are personalized and cannot be returned. Even though it's not a personalized product, it's a bracelet they have in stock and is part of their product catalog. They refuse to take responsibility and find some reason not to approve the return.

Ich habe für meine Rilex Sea Dweller ein orangenes Band mit Verschluss bestellt. Kaufpreis 98 Euro. Das Band wird direkt von Ali Express geliefert, das konnte man bei der Sendungsverfolgung feststellen. Identische Bänder gibt es dort für weniger als die Hälfte zu kaufen. Helvetus hat nirgends ein brauchbares Impressum mit Informationen hinterlegt.

Die Qualität des Bandes ist in Ordnung, aber von einem Schweizer Unternehmen ist hier nicht zu sprechen.

Es handelt sich um besseres Drop Shipping.

Scam! Paid 100$ for a strap and got one from aliexpress there it costs 10$. Sent it back, they confirmed they received it and issued a refund but I never got my money back, it’s been over 3 months now. The bank recommended I’d block my card and now they’re trying to help me get my money back.

Ich habe ein online vermeintlich standardisiertes Uhrenarmband bestellt. Eine Rückgabe wurde mir mit der Begründung verweigert, es handele sich bei den angebotenen Armbändern um „individuelle Anfertigungen“. Ein entsprechender klarer Hinweis im Bestellprozess ist nicht ersichtlich. Es wird behauptet, daß die Bestellungen auftragsbezogen sind und daher vom Wiederruf ausgeschlossen sind.
Aus meiner Sicht wird hier das Widerrufsrecht sehr kundenunfreundlich ausgelegt. Der Umgang mit meinem Retourenwunsch war wenig lösungsorientiert und aus meiner Sicht rechtswidrig. Ich werde rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Ich kann daher keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

I wish I came on this before I placed the order, I received a strap from china for my Cartier Santos Dumont which was advertised with a metal strip but came without it. I have sent the strap back and now waiting for a refund which they supposably processed but I haven't got anything yet now seeing these reviews I won't be getting my refund.

Finger weg. Angeblich „Schweizer“ Premium-Armband, tatsächlich billiges Standard-Dropshipping-Produkt. Lange Lieferzeit, einfache Massenware und Verpackung mit „ecommerce“-Hinweis. Identische Armbänder findet man auf Großhandelsplattformen für einen Bruchteil des Preises.

Auf Reklamation wird zuerst vertröstet, dann plötzlich behauptet, es handle sich um „individuell angefertigte Ware“, um das Widerrufsrecht auszuschließen. Rückgabe wird unnötig erschwert und man muss mehrfach nachhaken.

Für mich wirkt das Ganze irreführend und unseriös. Würde dort definitiv nicht wieder bestellen.

Stay away!! This is a scam company!! They scammed me of 90€

Terrible experience.

I have been waiting almost a month for my order, and it still has not been delivered. That is not an acceptable delivery time by any standard. The company may try to blame the shipping process, but they remain fully responsible for the order until it is actually delivered.

What makes this even worse is the way they handle the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, they provide poor customer service, misleading information, and empty excuses. There has been no proper solution, no compensation, and no accountability.

I have completely lost confidence in this company and would strongly warn others against ordering from them.

Awful customer service. I ordered a strap it came the wrong size, they said they would send out a replacement once I had shipped the old one back. I did this back in January and have been waiting for the new one since. 4 months and they will only send an email saying they can’t give me tracking
