Great Service

I recently ordered a replacement roof for my 4.5m x 3m
gazebo, unfortunately due to an internet problem I ordered twice by mistake, I phoned the contact number and was greeted by a polite and helpful person who rectified the problem and reimbursed the additional order there and then. All went through without any hassle and I was pleased by the professional service, I have great faith in this company, Thank you for the great service.

Very impressed with Hercules Gazebo

Very impressed with Hercules Gazebo. I found the light, heater combo on their website and sent a message, out of hours, asking a question about it and they responded the next day.
I placed my order and they sent it out for delivery next day. When it arrived the quality of the unit is fantastic and it doesn't take long for the heater to warm up and the light is fantastic.
