Needed the gazebos for an event on the


Needed the gazebos for an event on the weekend received the sides but never received the gazebo so had to do it without the gazebos And left my customers unhappy. They did promise me at the time that I would have them it was down to the carrier.

We are sorry your order did not arrive on the Friday as expected and was delivered the following Monday. Unfortunately even though 99% of parcels we send do arrive when scheduled there are going to be some instances where this is not the case and will experience delays whilst in the couriers hands which is sadly out of our control.

Absolute titan!

Best gazebo ever i had done so much research before investing in my first commercial gazebo for outdoor events so didnt want to break the bank before i had started I got the titan steel 40hex legs gazebo 2.5x2.5 in pink on sale and its amazing! We recently went to an event where all the other gazebos were flying away in the wind and ours was the only one that had stayed put. Also great customer service received it gets delivered in two parts i had a melt down thinking id only ordered the canvas but the people were so lovely and reassured me the frame was indeed on its way! Fast delivery
