Probleem levering goed opgelost

Aanvankelijk leek het trage levering hetgeen echter een fout van de vervoerder was de oorzaak ,
mindere bereikbaarheid vanwege ziekte. Samenloop van omstandigheden.
Na telefonisch contact alles goed opgelost en zending is daarna zoals afgesproken geleverd.
Alles is keurig opgelost.

+ die Online Produktinformation ist ÃŒbersichtlich und gut
+ die Preise sind meist gÃŒnstiger als bei anderen Anbietern
+ eMail Nachrichten werden freundlich und prompt erledigt
- kleine UnzulÀnglichkeiten sind leider beim Online Bestellvorgang aufgetreten
( Auswahlen werden teils nicht korrekt ÃŒbernommen, wie Farbe, Land, ... )

Great shop - competent and very friendly

Very nice employee with high competence around the topic security systems. Reacted flexible on requests and was even more able to organize me a product, which was not listed directly in system. And all of this within a more than good price comparing the rest of the internet availability. Answers via email (I ordered from Austria) came within less hours and sometimes within minutes back. Absolutely recommendable
