Fantastic Company with amazing products, so satisfying…

Excellent speed of delivery as was expecting weeks but came in 3 days! Got better price on their sight as stayed on the German language setting, in English setting its at least £50 more! They don't email much to verify purchase so made me worry

This shop really takes customer satisfaction seriously (no pun intended). I received my delivery in just a few days. Unfortunately, there was a mistake; one item was incorrect. I emailed the support address and got a response within minutes. After a few mails back and forth, we had resolved the issue, and I even got an extra item.

Very good products, fast delivery and excellent customer service.

I received the wrong product and sent a email about that to the support. No answer till yet. I even tried the chat but there was only a bot saying they are bisy at the moment. (Still left my email in the chat) Now im sitting here with the wrong product and nobody cares !!!

200 € le 7 février 2022 , j'ai ajouté pour 22 € la livraison expresse , l'idée étant de partager un WE d'une St Valentin ( le 13-14 février ) originale et inoubliable avec une machine à sexe representant l'amant mécanique superbe , cela en parfaite connexion avec mon épouse...
quelle deception pour l'instant , aucune réponse ni par mail ni sur le tchat en ligne ....
On ne peut contacter personne quel dommage car je me faisais une joie d'acheter de la qualité (parait il) et de n'avoir pas a faire aux Chinois ....
Peut être allez vous vous rattraper ( HISMITH ) ? j'attends votre réaction et ma commande....Nous verrons bien , je vous tiendrais toutes et tous informés dans les prochains jours .

Trotz "express lieferung" warten wir jetzt schon seid zwei Wochen.
Es kam weder eine Bestätigungs Mail noch sonst irgend etwas.
Jetzt ist die Frage wie es weiter geht...

I've waited about 4 months to write a review, just so I could write something that would better display the true quality of the product after some proper uses.
But first, let me start with the customer service part:
Customer service and support is impeccable! It's a true 5-star experience communicating with them.
They will answer honestly and swift, and will commit to their promises.
If you need any help or assistance from them, don't be afraid to contact them.

The packaging when delivering: fully anonymous. There's not one sign of it being what it is. Properly packed, properly taped, properly protected.

The product:
AMAZING!
I would have never thought it would be THIS good.
Build quality is just super, it's so great to set this up and use it. It will be able to help you with whatever fantasy you have from it.
The addons are top notch quality as well. It's the TPU/Rubber/Whatever quality you'll get from the high end brands out there.

If you've been held back from buying it, due to it being expensive without knowing the quality, hesitate no longer! It's truly worth it.
Been using it for over 4 months now, with all kinds of attachments and the power of the motor can handle it all. Female and male: the motor will power itself through any hole with absolute ease! (using the premium version, HS06, with bluetooth, remote control and app.)

And that reminds me: the Hismith app can be fun as well! There are automated modes you can load up to the machine, that way it won't just be you, or your partner controlling the machine. And if you want, you can let others control the machine as well. There's even a discord to connect with other players.
The only downside with the app, is the timings it uses. A second, is not a true second. This will mean if you create a playmode that would go on for 10 seconds, it won't actually really be 10 seconds. This causes some difficulties when creating modes that "sync" to Phub video's.

Ne vous repond une fois sur deux, et ne vous apporte aucune aide UTILE ;....... AH est que dire de leur Transporteur avec GLF qui est super exécrable ! inadmissible !!! une horreur !! vol de colis … mensonge ... usurpation d'identité

Schnell geantwortet(teilweise nicht mal 10 minuten gewartet) und sehr lösungsorientiert. Als entschädigung sogar noch extras im wert von 80 Euro bekommen. Bin sehr zufrieden und werde auch weiterhin mein zubehör bei hismith holen.

I have had a problem with delivery, my parcel has been opened and someone has stolen the contents. The HISMITH team was really professional and above all human. They sent me a second package. I really recommend HISMITH they are really top quality products.

Delivery worked great. Machine looks well processed and worked great at first sight.

I had delivery with tracking but didn't get it in email or on site. After 5 days I used chat on the site with no effect but they replied on email request within 5 min and it was at 7am, so I was surprised. They immediately provided the number and in 2 days I've got my device . I'm pleased with quality - metal parts are solid and heavy , also nice bag. Everything is branded and looks pretty good. I've used it 10 times - machine is silent with low speed and with higher speed has electric engine sounds, but not loud . It came oiled but I feel I need to oil it a bit again . I was afraid they'll send it from china , but tracking was from Germany.
