Service und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, es war alkes perfekt von der Lieferung bis zu dem diskreten verpacken. Ich benutze die Fickmaschine die Qualität ist sehr gut und sie ist auch gut verarbeitet. Die Dildos haben eine sehr gute Qualität.

Aucune réponse sur le tchat.
Aucune réponse par mail.
Aucune nouvelle de mon colis.
Aucun numéro de suivi postal.
Pourtant, la somme a bien été prélevée sur mon compte!!!
À quasiment 600 euros dépensés, j’espère avoir des nouvelles rapidement !

Received a broken product. I let them know right away.
They told me they would ship a replacement part right away, but after a week, no news from them, although I addressed them several emails

I use the HS06 since last week and really love it. When I asked Hismith for some technical specs they helped in seconds.

I can really recommend them to anyone thinking about such an invest.

Good quality hardware for the price. Support is helpful in case you need replacement parts under warranty.

First it got a little problematic with e-mail conversation but when you use the chat on the homepage, right bottom corner, your problems will fixed soon.

Products are awesome, well manufactured and fast and reliable shipment from local warehouses. Customer service is helpful before and after purchase.

Ich habe die HS06-App Version geschenkt bekommen und wollte jedoch die TIP-Funktion in einigen Erotik Streaming Plattformen nutzen . Nach einiger Recherche habe ich erfahren, dass es eine Möglichkeit gibt ein Upgrade von der HS06-APP auf die HS06-Cam Version zu machen.

Der englischsprachige Live-Support von HISMITH schlug mir vor , nach Rücksprache mit den Technikern mir dabei helfen zu können, jedoch sollte ich etwas von deren Shop kaufen. Also kaufte ich ein Aufsatz in deren Shop und erhielt eine PDF Anleitung per Mail. Sie versprach mir die Cam-Version von nun an benutzen zu können ! Jeodoch bezweifele ich dass das so einfach klappen wird.

Mehrmalige Nachfragen ergeben eine andere Lösung .

Ich bin mit dem Live-Support absolut nicht zu Frieden und würde gerne wissen wie man von der App-Version auf die Cam-Version upgraden ? Vielen Dank

Wie erwartet hat mich der Live-Support ( Jasmin ) von HISMITH übers Ohr gehauen . Ich habe trotz ihrer Anweisung kein Upgrade erhalten und wurde fast 40€ los für etwas was ich eigentlich nicht gebrauche.

Auch heutige mehrmalige Mails werden frech von ihr beantwortet und mit erfunden Geschichten gerechtfertigt.

Mail und Chatverkehr ist vorhanden .

Schade , dass so ein Unternehmen betrügerische Absichten hat und keinen helfenden Support anbietet !

I contacted the support several times for a few weeks and didnt get amy reaction.
Be aware that you dont get support and you cannot return your product exept you wana loose like 30% of your money. Thats not very customer friendly.
