Bad quality product
The contacts arrived fast, I've been wearing the contacts since Tuesday and I do not feel comfortable and I also got red eyes, I stopped wearing it yesterday due the reactions; I'm experiencing some kind of allergic reaction or rejection of contacts, which will actually require me to go to the optician and have my condition checked.
Unfortunately and for sure I will be canceling the product because isn't the quality I expected.

Thank you for giving WALDO a trial and are sorry to hear the lenses are not working for you, everyone is individual and WALDO lenses may not suit all. As we continue to grow, we will be expanding our range and may have a lens more suitable in the future.
Very rarely some people can be allergic to the moisturizing Hyaluronic agents that help with hydration. We have emailed you about this and look forward to hearing back.

I told them I didn’t like the hydro lens’s. I thought I was ordering the original ones Waldo makes. They responded with sending me another box of hydro lens. #fail. I canceled my subscription

Inconvenience
Two times I was sent contacts when I had paused my account. The first time I had to pay $6 to the postman and the second I returned to sender. Its not a bid deal, just an inconvenience.

Looking at the logs your subscription had renewed on August 11th at 07:44 and the pause had been done at 20:30 on the same day, hence why the order had been processed. Thank you for contacting our customer service team who have helped.

Mediocre at Best
Order arrived destroyed and missing items which were replaced. Instead of shipping the usual ones I purchase I received the less expensive ones without B-12 which are not working well at all.Going to have to find somewhere local to purchase from or go back to glasses.

I had a great experience with Waldo
I had a great experience with Waldo. They provide excellent contact lenses and offer fast shipping. I’ve been using their products for a couple of years. They only sent the wrong lenses once, but their customer service was polite and resolved the issue right away. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Charged my card even after I declined…
Charged my card even after I declined payment numerous times before. Wasn't able to pay my full rent and now I have to pay 150.00 in late fees. Very disappointed. Says it was supposed to be delivered today and when I tracked my package, the delivery date was changed sometime today to 8/23/25. Unacceptable. I'll get my refund but who's gonna refund me the 150.00 in late fees I now gotta pay due to your poor customer service

We are sorry to hear you feel you have not had a good WALDO experience.
WALDO is a subscription service, and the next charge date is advised at checkout, you would need to cancel by this date if you did not want to continue your subscription. This would also have been confirmed in your welcome email, which was sent explaining how the subscription works, how to amend your subscription and what will be charged. Our Terms and Conditions also explains how the subscription works. The 1st subscription order arrives 12 days after signing up for the free trial to ensure you would not be without lenses once the trial has finished.
Our customer service team are always more than happy to help at hello@hiwaldo.com and could have cancelled the subscription for you if you had contacted us, preventing any charges as opposed to declining the payment. Declining a payment does not cancel the charge, it simply postpones it to try again later, like all subscriptions. You are able to manage your subscription by simply logging in to your account to see the charge dates and move if needed, or order a month at a time rather than 3 months in bulk.

I love these. I'll never use anything else. I love these way more than the Hubble contacts. 1000%.
I tried Hubble contacts for 2 years, I'll never go back! Been using Waldo instead, ever since. So much better in every way!
