It was a nice experience
Booking process was easy and recommendations were fine, from decent to high. It was more useful and convenient to go with this version of „full package” offered by Turkish airlines. We had a great time in Istanbul.

Procedura di prenotazione chiara, veloce e trasparente. Nessuna sorpresa. Servizi e relativi costi indicati molto bene.
Siccome il viaggio è tra sette mesi mi riservo di rivalutare il tutto al momento del viaggio.

Website sneakily changed flight times…
Website sneakily changed flight times to show the lowest holiday price even though I selected the expensive flight options at the beginning. It not show the altered flight times on the purchase page and so the user is not aware of the flight change until ticket is purchased. This cannot be altered later as the ticket fare does not allow and customer service are useless. They say you should have read page 13 out of 15 of the terms to know your booking rights.
Be very careful when booking with this website. The low prices is because they have sneakily changed your flights to the cheapest flights on your requested dates.
The response provided is rubbish.
The website sneakily changed the outbound and inbound flights time from what i had initially selected when I choose a hotel, which therefore showed a much lower package price. The change in the flight times was not highlighted at this point and a option to book was presented.
A sneaky trick!!!

Dal sito internazionale risulta possibile anche se non ci sono le stesse scelte ( alcuni resort non sono prenotabili ) procedura facile . Servizio clienti telefonico poco attento alle richieste ed incapace di motivare carenze sul sito italiano
