Quick and simple with no pressure

Quick and simple. Adam Key worked around my shifts and called at a time that would suite me which was superb! All the policies were explained and easily understood and there was no pressure to get anything I didn't want to.
Overall, amazing and quick service

The service was excellent

The service was excellent, Shirazul was working with us to explain the benefits of renters insurance and other services they provide. The services for insurance were fairly priced for what they offered, but my partner and I ended up finding an alternative that worked better for us personally. We had a similar experience/situation with our internet/gas/electric where we had other services that we found worked better for us, but here at HomeLet they were very fair in being honest and saying that we found the best things for ourselves once we explained our situation. I still would recommend working with them, especially if you want to have help with sorting out things for a new property or are not confident in knowing where to look for those sort of services. Staff are excellent.

Spoke to Vrishin, he quickly understood what policy I needed and sent me some information so I could clearly understand the policy. Arrange a call back next day and he complete the policy in 15 minutes. Excellent Service

Knowledgeable assistant without any hard sell

Had the great pleasure of speaking with Rosa at Homelet. She was very knowledgeable, helpful regarding options and requirements and easy to understand. I did not feel pressured to complete the transaction and was happy with options to ring back and commencement date for cover. Would have no hesitation in recommending both Homelet and Rosa.
