Great customer service
As a landlord, I have used Homelet for several years as I find them very efficient. I like the fact that when you ring, you speak to a real person in the UK…Rachel Harvey was pleasant and efficient when I called today.

SO SLOW!!!
The slowness of carrying out the manual checks is INFURIATING when we are waiting to proceed with a tenancy agreement and give notice on our current property.
Wife's "employment" checks carried out in 24 hours.
My "self-employed" checks have taken over a week and are still unresolved!

Great insurance personnel
I had a call from Ashanti Reid to discuss liability and contents insurance. This was a great call, she was very energetic, kind and helpful. This was the best experience I have had sorting out any service over the phone, she is the reason I have given 5 stars.
