Moet er niks stuk gaan. Bij ons ging na 2 jaar een print van een zoneregelaar (HCE 80) vloerverwarming stuk. Instalateur hoopte omdat het net na 2 jaar stuk ging, dat we eigenlijk wel een beetje recht hadden op coulance. Hij zou het aanvragen. Helaas niks...ja rekening van 670 euro om hem te vervangen. Hopelijk gaan er verder niet meer printplaatjes op zo'n korte termijn stuk.

the house came with a honeyewll 6820 alarm system. The alarm came on in the middle of night waking up everyone in the house saying a low battery. Simple enough right? looked at the manual.. literally all it says is you need to replace the battery when this alert came up. okay.. took it off the wall and took off the front panel.. Don't see any accessble location where I can see the battery. When calling the support line expecting some instructions on where to locate the battery. Asked me if I was the homeowner or a professional. Homeowner. I was told they won't speak to me since I'm not a professional. Really? this is what I can expect for their customer? just no, we won't talk to you, bye.

The boiler works fine but we are now on our third CM927 thermostatic controller in 10 years. They are so shit, the third one the screen is going again and you can't change the temp on the controll. Given that these things cost almost £300 and you need one i will never buy another Honeywell boiler!
T6R Smart thermostat -rubbish!
We had 6 Honeywell T6R Smart thermostats installed approximately 3 years ago. Gradually the LCD display has disappeared so that now three are totally unusable, the others are going the same way.
Resideo customer services who deal with UK customers are most unhelpful and disinterested. Replacements are between £179 - £199 each. I think this is disgraceful for such a poor product

Geen hulp bij gebruik Evohome met warmtepomp
Ik gebruik al een paar jaar het Evohome systeem. Honeywell adverteert nu dat deze nu ook geschikt is voor een warmtepomp. Onlangs heb ik een warmtepomp laten installeren, maar ik krijg het niet voor elkaar deze lekker te laten samenwerken met mijn evohome systeem. Ik heb advies gevraagd hoe ik dat kan verbeteren, maar Honeywell/Resideo geven niet thuis. Ik moet maar hulp inroepen van een installateur.

Honeywell Support is garbage. YOU are the support. All they do is try to troubleshoot your product with you and then tell you to get your own technician if the problem canât be resolved over the phone. A warranty for moral support is not what I imagined Iâd receive from a company I trusted in my home. I will never own another Honeywell product.

Ringeknappen setter seg fast når noen ringer på og tipper at trafo eller klokken har gått istykker dvs den virket kun en kort stund. Jeg velger å kjÞpe alt pånytt og installere og tips er vist å ha olje på ringeknappen. Produktet er nok bra, men ringeknappen setter seg fast hele tiden dvs den korte tiden det fungerte og hva som er feil ? tipper ringe enheten er istykker eller trafo ? Skuffet over produktet, JA. Hvorfor jeg velger er at jeg kan se hvor alle ledninger skal monteres og ikke ny hull i veggene.

I have no problem with Honeywell products and I do understand that things fail. What I do have a problem with is being put through supplying all the requirements for a valid warranty claim and then being ignored while my basement humidity is rising because the 3 year old (5 year warranty) dehumidifier has failed. All documentation, photos and proof of purchase have been supplied.

ZERO STARS for customer service online, the warranty and the product itself. After 3.5 years use on a new construction home the lower level thermostat is not working-black screen however, the thermostat that communicates with up stairs is working just fine. The Resideo App states the black screen non-working thermostat states it is off line. After checking the breakers, modem for the WiFi, and making several calls to the electrician business posted on the thermostat I am still waiting for a call back 3 hours later. I went to LOWES to purchase a new unit for $99. I removed the old thermostat and popped in the new and LOW & BEHOLD the air-condition and heating is working. The old thermostat chip must be broken-it is still under warranty for a total of 5 years. Customer service would not honor the Warranty because, I could not give him reading on a voltage of the old broken thermostat even after telling him how we checked everything else. It is clear to me the game is one of pointing the finger and is the purpose of the trouble shooting process the customer service rep.

I called Honeywell for advice on a strange quirk our Honeywell home security keypad is doing as of last week.
Honeywell no longer supports their home security products for private owners. They have a company they refer contractors and dealers to. Private homeowners are dismissed.

In middle of heat wave 104 degrees heat comes on. I had to call 911 police did not know what to do. Called my HVAC he will come tomorrow. He did not know what to do. I shut down whole system. Got new AC heater and thermostat Nov 2023 then their assistance you have to give credit card number. Do not buy Honeywell. Terrible product and customer service
Honeywell products and customer svc the WORST
My apartment complex installed Honeywell Home thermostats in all the apartments. My thermostat is set to cool and auto and no matter what I set the temperature to, I cannot get the fan to go off - even if I set the mode to off. Iâve put in two work orders with them and they just closed the work order saying the problem has been resolved without even contacting me. Iâve been on hold with them right now for 30 minutes without anyone answering. I will continue to hold, but this is the most frustrating experience I can imagine. If you are thinking of installing a smart thermostat, do yourself a favor and AVOID Honeywell products

Havde forventet mere for et hÞrevÊrn til den hÞje pris.
Antennen blev langsomt slidt, da denne kunne bevÊge sige fra side til side (360 grader), og plastikken/gummiet i bunden derfor gik i stykker.
Der udover så er der plastikbeslag, der knÊkker for et godt ord. Har fÞr haft det samme type hÞrevÊrn, men der blev det heldigvis ombyttet.
Reklamation afvist, da det ikke er en produktionsfejl ifÞlge firmaet, men bare dårlig kvalitet fra starten af.
