Needed to replace float on dehumidifier model #TP50WKN. 1st I was given an e mail link to order, which gave a description for a handle. Corrected that issue was given another link for float, received,but wrong size for my unit. Sent multiple e mails to usinfo@jmatek, with no response to issue. Contacted Honeywells compliance division, information taken advise I would be contacted in 7 days. Received e mail that this division only handles Honeywell employees, contact Jmatek, their contracted provider for parts. No personnel at all available phonenumbers. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Big scam en niet aan te raden, het is gewoon een bedrijf die een eenmalige investering heeft gemaakt om een product om de markt te brengen en de rest hebben zij de boel maar laten vallen, al het geld uit een scam project uit te pompen en verder gaan naar de ander scam terwijl Honeywell een onbemande spook bedrijf is geworden, het enige wat ze nog betalen is om de website online te houden en dat is ook een minimaal investering

I have several properties that Iâve installed Honeywell thermostats in thinking because of the name they would be user-friendly. I started off with the smart ones they were extremely complicated so I went to what is considered ânot smartâ. They two are not easy to use. Wish Iâd gotten back to my nest smart thermostat. I donât have anything nice to say about Honeywells ease of use in regard to thermostats. Very very disappointed

Op mijn werk gebruik ik al jaren een ander merk en daar zijn nooit problemen mee en ik overweeg, ondanks de kosten, over te stappen en deze troep naar de prullenbak te verwijzen.
Evohome. Drama
Ik heb Evohome 10 jaar geleden aangeschaft. Na eerst problemen te hebben gehad met het connecten binnen de woning is dit opgelost. Vervolgens heeft het systeem naar behoren gefunctioneerd. Ook de app heeft in het begin redelijk gefunctioneerd. Maar is door de loop der tijd als maar slechter geworden. Een app uit het jaar 0, waar niks aan gedaan wordt om problemen te verhelpen. Nog immer erg traag en steeds vaker geen connectie te verkrijgen. Honeywell laat wel heel duidelijk weten van je af te willen en moment is inmiddels bereikt. Ga over op Chinees of Europees alternatief. Sprinklersysteem voor de tuin ook Amerikaans idem dito. Ook hier geen mogelijkheid om met systeem in de VS te verbinden. Kijk over 10 jaar nog wel een keer of MAGA wat opgeleverd heeft.

Zero customer service, they just move you around and donÂŽt give any support, all we want to know is how to change battery in our smoke detectors, but after several attempt to try to find a manual we now give up and throw those detectors in the bin.

My Honeywell HT-900 fan is caked in dust and triggering my allergies, but youâve used tamper-proof security screws to block basic cleaning.Iâve wasted my own money on four trips to Canadian Tire and Home Depot because of your greedy design. Iâve emailed three times and been completely ignored, just like the hundreds of other people on this page. It is a disgrace for a company to create disposable health hazards instead of allowing for simple maintenance. Iâm moving my complaint to the BBB and your corporate office since you clearly don't care about your reputation here.

Terrible service, terrible product
Absolutely useless smart thermostat. I would give zero stars if possible. It cannot cope of the WiFi drops and has been down now for several days with the support team no use at all. They do not know what they are doing and do not call back when they say they will. Finally yesterday they admitted the connection to WiFi is a known problem with the tr6, but they do not care enough to fix it.
They make it impossible to complain or talk to someone who knows what they are doing. Terrible service, terrible products.
Honeywell/Resideo wifi water leak detection system
The older Honeywell,Residio wifi water leak detection system was actually very good and reliable, but last year they forced an upgrade for it and after that it failed. My research showed that this happened to other users of this product as well. Today I looked into the new/upgraded replacement model, and they have even changed the connection on the new cables therefore they canât be used. My conclusion is that the older system was too reliable, therefore they destroyed them on the upgrade. What a deceptive crooked company

It failed inside 2 years causing a headache when the heating isn't working for guests in a holiday let. Also had another fail on a 2nd holiday let. When will Honeywell build things that actually last?

Evohome app (TCC) is garbage
We spent a lot of money putting Evohome wireless TRVs throughout our 3 storey house. These work great and love having the ability to set and change temperatures from my phone. However, the app is a load of rubbish. For such an expensive system, the app should be far easier and more intuitive to use. And it should work - why does it often take 2 or 3 attempts to change the target temperature in a room before the app engages with the change? Itâs a really old user interface and Honeywell should have launched a new and better app a long time ago. You are letting yourselves down.
