J ai passé 2 commandes pour 2 tapis qui étaient magnifiques, ensuite mon frère a passé commande pour moi pour mon anniversaire. La dentelle du polo ayant un défaut j ai demandé un échange et depuis ma demande soit le 24/03/2025 je me bats en vain pour obtenir l échange j ai renvoyé mon polo abîmé le 19/4 et depuis aucune nouvelle tous mes messages restent sans réponses c est une honte ! Je n ai eu ni remboursement ni échange et eux ont récupéré mon polo abîmé ! Aucun SAV !

Hidden charges, Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware. I received a $100 import duty from FEdEx weeks after receiving an order that cost less than that and for which I already paid shipping. You can buy local products that are just as pretty and not pay that surprise charge.

Thank you for your feedback, although we’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment.
We completely understand how frustrating unexpected import duties can be. Unfortunately, we don’t control customs regulations or tax laws those are determined by U.S. authorities, and import tariffs on international goods are a known issue for many global brands right now. We always try to be transparent about this on our website, but ultimately, the fees are out of our hands.
What’s a real pity to us is that your review focuses only on the customs charge and says nothing about the product itself. The design, quality, or craftsmanship we put so much love and effort into. We hope that part at least met your expectations.

USA BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
What HorseGloss is not telling you is you can expect a $108+ additional charge with your order from the US delivery service for import fees or it won't be delivered. There is no mention in the cart, in the disclaimer links, or anywhere else except the FAQ (buried in on the footer of the website). I was shocked and got a less than friendly response from customer service. They know this is happening and not doing anything to be ethical about the real cost of their goods to countries outside of The Netherlands. Find another vendor!!! I wish I would have read this before ordering! Would have saved me $108 in additional fees.

Les tenues pour les cavaliers sont amazing
Les tenues pour les cavaliers sont justes WOUAAAH ! De très bonne qualité. J'ai commandé un pantalon bleu marine avec strass, un haut de concours à dentelle magnifique et un tapis blanc de concours avec les strass (totalement fan des motifs). Et en cadeau, j'ai reçu une ceinture et chaussettes que je porte même dans la vie de tous jours. Un geste commercial vraiment appréciable et qui fait plaisir. Je suis réellement satisfaite de ma commande.
Je compte bien continuer à élargir mon dressing equestiran girl avec Horse Gloss. J'ai déjà préparé ma liste ;)

Hi, my name is Anna Szász. Im an show jumper and I compete on national and also international compatitions.
I absolutly in love whit your stuffs. I have full clothigs for training and competitions too. When I go somewhere in it everybody looks at me and I often got some praise not just from my friends but from strangers too. These cloths are super unique and have good qualitatives. I use them for 2 years and I never was disappointed about it.

Must have STUNNING black/rose gold jump pad!
The black jump saddle pad with rose gold trim is STUNNING and the embroidered words of encouragement are adorable! My daughter received so many compliments at the barn and it is her new favorite pad. The size is perfect and gives “lux” vibes! The package arrived quickly to the US and in perfect condition. My daughter has been cruising the website for her next purchase and has her eye on the matching bonnet and shirt with the crystals. This set is sure to get you noticed at the barn or a show!

I actually don’t know how they do it, but they have the Best Horse and riders products in the world. I am 162 cm and all of base layers fits me so so well. My friend is 183 cm and she said: i am too big this cannot fit me. But i bought one base layer and it was perfect!! Buy it!!!
