Great equestrian leggings! They are very comfortable, flexible and look beautiful. The material stretches in several directions, thanks to which they adapt perfectly to the body. I already have four pairs and I love each of them!

Stunning!

The quality is absolutely incredible, the saddle pad and shirt were absolutely stunning in the sunlight, the navy is such a classic. Cant wait to wear them to an up coming event!

Postage to Australia was so quick, very impressive!

Man kann niemanden erreichen. Meine Retoure ist seit 2 Wochen zurÌckgeschickt. Hermes bestÀtigt die RÌcksendung. Auf E-Mails und Anrufe wird nie reagiert. Schrecklich!

ErgÀnzung am 08.10.2025: Klarna meldet sich bei mir und benötigt Belege fÌr meine Kontaktaufnahme mit Horsegloss, da sich hier wohl noch niemand gemeldet hat!

Warum behauptet man, dass bereits 4x etwas unternommen wurde? So einen Ärger habe ich noch nirgends erlebt, wirklich schade!

Customer service is absolutely terrible!

Customer service is absolutely terrible. It is impossible to get any real help — they ignore messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and even through their contact form. The only time they respond is when you post a public review, but even then, they don’t actually solve the problem.
I have seen many other customers also complaining about defective products and being ignored. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. A company should stand behind its products and provide proper support, but instead, this store leaves people frustrated and without solutions. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend buying here if you expect decent customer service.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We would like to clarify that we did respond to your messages. As explained, you can always return your product quickly and easily through our return portal, which is clearly listed on our website.

You contacted us regarding the zipper, and we confirmed that part of it indeed showed a two-tone color instead of being fully silver as pictured. For this manufacturing error we sincerely apologize. We also explained that you could simply return the item for a full refund, as we fully stand behind our products and want to make sure you’re satisfied.

We are currently reviewing this with our manufacturer, as this should not have passed quality inspection. At the same time, we acknowledge that our customer service response has been slower than it should have been. To improve this, we have recently built a stronger team dedicated to providing quicker, clearer, and more supportive communication moving forward.

As some time has passed I’m afraid the return portal will not work for you anymore cause the period of returning will have been over 25 days.
Reach out to our support team and they will help you return the breeches.

No responses from customer service after multiple attempts

I ordered 2 breeches, 2 shirts, and a belt. The order arrived in timely fashion, but one shirt and the belt were missing. I have contacted the company multiple times in multiple ways (phone call, WhatsApp texting, email, and online submission) without ANY response. I am so frustrated! I’m even getting tariff bills for the items that I paid for but never received. I am feeling so defeated. This order was from late August, and almost a month has passed without any reply.

Wij hebben een witte wedstrijdbroek besteld. Deze was er vrij snel. De broek zit heerlijk en is echt super mooi. Alleen zit de witte broek vol vlekken. Dat kan gebeuren maar wat ik echt vervelend vindt, ik krijg geen contact met de klantenservice. Mailen, bellen, whatsappen het maakt niet uit, je krijgt geen enkele reactie. Wel een bericht met de vraag om een review te schrijven.................. Wij wilde graag nog een broek erbij maar ik vind het risico te groot om nog iets te bestellen.
De broek terug sturen gaat niet, want in de voorwaarden staat dat je geen geld terug krijgt als er vlekken in zitten.

Lost package

I have ordered from Horsegloss several times and loved my items. July 29 I placed an order #8832454427. It was shipped to the US and my tracking info said I’d receive it in Boise August 4th. I kept my eye on it and it got to Tennessee and never moved from there. I contacted Eva with Horsegloss and she was great at returning my emails for a few days. She said she would look into the issue with FedEx. I also reached out to FedEx and after a week of investigating with them they declared it a “lost package”. I continued to send emails to Eva, and call on WhatsApp but have still had no reply from her. I never received a package at all. And to this day, have still not heard back from her. I’m so frustrated about the lack of communication. Generally I love their clothes and would like to continue to order from them, but I’d really like to hear back from them on how they can work with me on this.

I have sent 4 emails

I have sent 4 emails, 2 what's app messages, tried to call, AND COMMENTED ON FACEBBOK POST. STILL NO RESPONSE AT ALL. First of all the product is beautiful. Breethces run really small. Tried to call to return no response so I sent back to purchase right size no refund no contact at all!!! Then I received a bill from fed ex for 229.00 on top of the 396.00 I spent. This is awful customer service. Shows free shipping NOT TRUE! They charge you all duties and shipping. Not sure how else to contact but this is the worst experience I have had as far as customer service. Order #24267

We have checked our records and can confirm that we never received any return from you, nor was a return registered through our website as required for processing. Without receiving the returned product, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or exchange.

There has in fact been email communication between us, including a discussion regarding your request for free socks. We explained that our free gift promotion applies to orders above €350, and your order total was €336.

Regarding the FedEx bill you received, this is not a shipping charge from us. The amount is for import tariffs and duties, which are set by your country’s customs regulations. For orders to the United States, these fees are the result of the import tariff policy introduced under the previous administration, and unfortunately we have no influence over these charges.

We always aim to assist our customers promptly and clearly, and we regret that in this case there was a misunderstanding about the return process and import fees. If you still have the item and wish to proceed with a return, please contact us via our returns portal so we can help you step-by-step.
