Delivered promptly

Parcel arrived on the correct date but the address was incorrect - it was a mixture of my road here in Morton-in-Marsh and the address the parcel was sent to in Carnforth!

Easy to order on line. Well packaged when delivered and absolutely perfect lardy cakes. They were fresh and tasted amazing. Will be ordering again for sure.

Visited the Moreton in Marsh location and found the staff friendly but the food is exceptionally average and definitely overpriced for the quality and content.
2 toasted sandwiches . A pot of tea and a coke . £32
Visitors beware as no menus outside the location.
Other cafe’s in the town are better quality and not a rip off. Will customers return!!!!!!

Just awful service. Restaurant nearly empty at 3.15pm and a 15 minute wait for service. Staff didn’t see it as a problem and were offhand when we complained!!

What a wonderful afternoon we had to celebrate my 60th birthday with my colleagues. We had celebration afternoon tea. The service, the quality of the food and the ambience was amazing. The staff looked after us so well, and really deserve the credit for their service. Thank you so much for making our experience so special.

Delivered exactly as requested. Ordered 8 lardy cakes so that i could put 4 in the freezer for 'Later'. That didn't happen they all got devoured within a couple of days. definitely buying again.

Delivered on time, a box of the gorgeous Spicy Tomato Chutney was handed to me at my front door. So pleased to receive it.
Yes, I think the jars are smaller and more expensive than when I first tasted it in Huffkins at Cheltenham Promenade. But, I wouldn’t be without them - it’s so delicious and I have never tasted such good chutney.

I’m a cheese scone fanatic & have “sampled” many different ones.
Huffins Bakery cheese scones are sumptuous & delicious, very fresh very cheesy and I’m thrilled to have found your outlet.
I will be ordering repeatedly from now on.

Visited Huffkins in Stratford upon Avon for afternoon tea today. The service was bit quick but the staff were all very accommodating and the food and portion sizes, we amazing. A good fresh selection.. Would recommend and take CASH if choose to a well deserved tip..

Visited Oxford Street tearoom located in John Lewis London, yesterday, for the first time.
Best afternoon cream tea we’ve ever had with regard to food, tea, quality of it, and quality of service. We have had many such teas at different establishments, and none have been to the excellent standard at Huffkins. The young lady who served us was absolutely delightful.
Only downsides were that:
1.There was not enough clotted cream for two scones. I note that has been raised in other reviews. A slightly larger size would be appreciated.
2. The table tops were incredibly worn, looking very shabby. A coat of varnish, or the use of tablecloths would greatly improve image. I have to say their shabbiness DID NOT detract us from the tasty, quality food and good service.
3. We were unable to purchase the incredibly delicious Cotswold Breakfast Tea we had. Your goods section did not display it amongst your teas, and it is not available online. Will you be retailing it in the future? This is at least one revenue stream you are missing out on…… it was a delicious tea!
4. I tried calling your Head Office number to find about your tea, and selected option 5, only to be looped back to initial menu. I then selected, in turn, the option for Accounts, then Human Resources, only to be looped back into the initial menu. No message leaving service available, thus concluding it is impossible to speak to anyone one. Customer Service at H.Q. Non-existent, which is never a good policy for a company.
Otherwise, very happy and will be returning soon.

I sent a Cotswolds Gin Afternoon tea and a Lemon Drizzle cake to my mum for Mother's day.
I've bought from Huffkins before and have always been delighted with the gifts I have sent

Scones were great. Had to go and buy another pot of clotted cream as the amount supplied was only enough for ~2 scones

Good website, delivered exactly when you said it would. Best scones ever, really impressed! Carrot cake delish, earl grey tea one of the best I've ever had, and I've tried many!! Won't be the last you see of me!! Thank you
