Nightlights are as described

I bought three of the nightlights. They ship from China so it takes a while, but when they arrived they were exactly as described. Soft and squishy and very cute. They each came with their own USB charging cable, so no batteries which is nice. All in all I'm satisfied with the purchase and would do it again.
FYI, we had some concerns with order numbers and shipping times. Huggwaii was very timely in responding to our emails.

Real company, however items are shipped directly from China. That wasnt clear



*amended- Company has contacted me. Thank you, Item is on the way. However im disappointed, it was not clear that it was being shipped from China. Probably hidden in the details.

It appears this company is a scam, do not buy from them. Placed an order nov26th and ive heard nothing. They took the money and ran

Poor communication

The lamp was delivered yesterday and is very cute. However, the company didn't update their tracking information or send any communication to inform that the product had been dispatched.
I ordered a capybara lamp on 17th November, payment was taken and email confirmation was sent but when I check my order it is still"awaiting dispatch". Emails to huggwaii support are returned as undeliverable.
