No delivery and no resolution
Final update : despite me charging back Huggwalii offered a full refund, which I politely declined, informing them I had already charged back. Huggwaii then disputed the charge back (!) sending their proof of delivery which was the same non evidential delivery statement from Amazon - their carrier. I give up. Just saying you delivered something is not evidence you did.
Amended to include Company used Amazon delivery, who failed to deliver. Contacted Amazon who claimed delivered but couldn’t prove delivery, nor track where package was left.
Huggwail insisted I get a stamped record from my “local post office” to prove no delivery…and refused to progress my “claim”. Amazon of course do not offer this… not a scam just dodgy and inept cs. No goods and no response from CS. Delivery failure not for consumers to resolve.
Updated ... this is about the 5th conversation in exchange..

Thank you for your feedback. Although the logistics tracking shows the package was delivered, we understand your worry that you haven't received it. We have already initiated contact with the logistics company to conduct an in-depth investigation. If the package is indeed confirmed lost, we will provide you with a satisfactory resolution.
Our customer service team asked for a loss proof from you because if you could directly contact the local delivery agent and obtain it, it would significantly speed up the logistics company's investigation process. We didn't mean to place an undue burden on you. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this process and will keep you updated on the progress of the investigation.

Major scam
Ordered months ago, never received the item and never got a refund. I have been in contact with them back and forth for over a month, and they don’t give me any proper information and they keep saying they can’t accommodate me with a refund for the lost item. Cannot recommend purchasing from them.

Nice products but poor communication and information
Edit 2024/12/13 : I received my order. The product packaging was a bit damaged because there were 2 products squished in a tiny box. The quality is good, it comes with a USB C cable to recharge. But they should give more information about stock availability, preparation and shipping/delivery dates !
Hello, I made an order on Nov 24th. It said I would get an email shortly to know when my order will be shipped. Today, I have not heard anything about my order, but I still receive daily emails about special offers... Stop trying to sell more if you cannot give visibility on passed orders.
Is this website a scam?
Willing to change my review if I receive my order..

False advertisement
The item I purchased was not as advertised at it's main features Here is what it was advertised as:

It is easy to move and is cute and all, but not the silicone touch opertated thing that is the main feature of their ads.

Fast & Easy
It was fast and easy to go trough the whole process of finding the item i liked most. The Website/Shop is created great and the ordering/paying process is easy to understand. Thumbs up to offer Apple PaY !!!
- only thing to improve would be, if i click on the capybara and it shows me the version with the turtle on its head when i swipe right that if i choose it, the cart wont automatically change the order. nearly ordered the wrong item 😅
