Painless experience
Quick response, no fuss once clear, information along the way. Final courier not the best comms, that's the only wrinkle. Will use them again.

The remote control seems to be working…
The remote control seems to be working fine except for the bass and treble buttons. I can not detect any change when they are used.

Apologies, you are correct - this order was a bit late. We do try our absolute best to always have orders delivered in time, but as we import all our items on request, we can sadly experience delays with shipping or customs which are out of our control.
