Very helpful getting to a good mortgage solution

We have been with IMS for 8 years with our rental property & always been well looked after by Lynsey & her team.
You don’t have to worry about anything it’s all taken care of.
We have brought & Sold properties with IMS also and Michelle makes it a seamless experience.

I use IMS for my mortgage. They have provided an excellent service each time I have used them. Michelle is an independent mortgage broker so I know that she is getting me the best deal. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my mortgage

We bought a property in Bicester and completed the purchase a month ago through Lynsey at IMS. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

From the start, Lynsey failed to
follow up on multiple requests. She often disregarded my wife’s comments and questions during conversations. As completion approached, her effort on the transaction dropped completely.

On completion, the property was not fully professionally cleaned as she had promised. We found garbage in the garden. We also did not receive the garage keys — when we raised this, she told us it was now our problem to resolve since we were the owners even though it was her responsibility to give all house keys on completion (we also found duplicates in the house) and more keys arrived after we contacted the sellers directly. She ignored several emails and showed little accountability throughout the process.

Overall, a poor experience from someone whose main responsibility was to facilitate the sale and who did nothing to secure it. Very disappointing, and we do not recommend. Giving two stars instead of one as her colleague did pick up the phone when Lynsey ignored us.

Would definitely recommend IMS!

They were always very helpful, clear and responsive for us. We just had to remortgage our house and we almost had to do zero effort as they quickly scanned through all the best deals taking our current situation into account. They also helped us with our first mortgage deal in the past and the process was just as smooth.

Just spoke to Michelle at IMS as our current mortgage rate is about to change. Same as when I spoke with her 5 years ago, an in depth conversation about what’s available on the markets and sound advice in regard to the best deal for us! Very pleased with the service and relieved that once again mortgage is sorted for another few years. Even better that it was totally hassle free! Thanks Michelle! IMS Property Group provides decent mortgage services, led by Michelle and her team. Communication is good, and they aim to find suitable deals. While some praise their reliability, my experience was average overall. They do offer thorough assistance, but improvements in response speed and flexibility could enhance their service. A solid 3-star rating.

We have been clients of IMS for over 12 years. Michelle was instrumental in helping us secure our first mortgage for a share in our shared ownership house locally. She was incredibly helpful back then, and over the years, she has always responded to my random emails about mortgage or property ideas with valuable advice.

Just last week, Michelle and her team once again assisted us in securing a new mortgage, allowing us to staircase out and achieve 100% ownership of our beloved house.
