I have used IMS for rentals only, but can t fault their service or ability to find reliable tenants as required. They respond immediately and are efficient and friendly. I m often asked to market my properties with other agents, but those requests get a flat no. Why would I? IMS are the best
A very satisfied customer

I just wanted to book a viewing of a property for renting. Wrote an email asking for a viewing through Rightmove. They only replied almost a week later. They asked for our salaries, which i have never been asked just to book a viewing from any of the different lettings agencies I've dealt with over the years. I replied that we (my partner an I) would be happy to provide this if we decided to rent the property, only to be told that they can't arrange the viewing without this information. I feel that asking this at this point of the process and in an email is inappropriate: this is usually asked in an application form when applying to rent the property. They did not even sign the email so that I could know who in the agency I was speaking to, and the overall tone of the email was way too informal and not professional. I just stopped replying because if they can't be professional when speaking with potential clients, how can we expect them to be professional when we are renting from them?

From initial enquiry into selling our home to exchange, IMS have been fantastic!
Lynsey's enthusiasm, knowledge and passion for her job is incredible. She was on hand continuously to answer any questions, provide information or just reassurance.

I sold my house through IMS and they were fab!

My buyer was in fact our tenant and she needed help obtaining a mortgage / solicitors etc and Michelle was on hand to guide her through the whole process.

Near the end solicitors all got very quiet and we were nearing mortgage offers expiring and Michelle and the team were incredible chasing the solicitors and pushing everything through!

I would highly highly recommend them! Plus you save yourself so much money compared to other agents!
