Pre and post purchase assistance

I received good assistance starting from purchase till the delivery of the product even though courier were unable to get hold of me due to network issues during stage 6 loadshedding.
All I can say I was advised to go bigger sizes and I see they are very loose now..I am aware indian cuts differ a lot 🤔 but sometimes they are just as good as south african sizes depending on the product.

Delivery was so fast! The juttis I purchased are so beautiful.

Thank you sooo much
Outfits Beautiful exactly like in picture and delivery was super.
Much appreciated

Loved everything about them. Product was on time and people very helpful.

As with all my purchases the customer service and quality of the items purchased were incredible! Always a very very pleasant experience when shopping here!

Service delivery is excellent.

My order was sent immediately. Fast delivery and very good quality. Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. 5 Star seller.

I placed an order on the 2 July 2023. I tried many times to call the numbers and watsapp but to no avail. Was seeking some assistance with regards to my online order. My order number is 2900.

Speedy delivery and good service. Questions asked on the WhatsApp number was answered quickly and efficiently.

Disappointed, delivery took more than 2 months with no updates at all until I pur pressure on them.

Very disappointed. I bought a dress and dupatta. The dupatta color leaked and the color is completed faded after one wash. The is a clear quality issue. The supplier does not want to change it. Not happy at all. Why should consumers accept product as is

My items arrived in great condition.I was not happy with two of the colours and you gladly exchanged them.10/10.

Stunning and beautiful dresses

Super easy ordering and super quick delivery! Outfit is lovely, but I'm disappointed that the border at bottom of the skirt doesn't extend all the way around the back. Would be helpful to show front and back views with photos.

The team at Indian Dress House are always professional and ensure that orders are processed timeously. The quality of the garments are exceptional.
Hawa goes out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction and always makes an effort to get you what you need. It is always a pleasure to purchase an outfit and work with the team.

Excellent Service 😃

Fast delivery, super happy with my purchase. The outfit was a perfect fit 😄👌 looking forward to wearing it 😁.

Will definitely order from here again, great communication and the outfit is exactly as it is in the photo.

I have received impeccable service and would recommend Indian Dress House to anyone.
The quality of dresses are amazing and I received my package within 2 days. I am very impressed.

This was the 3rd time there was an issue with the order. Also after 1 wash, as with the previous orders as well, the material shrunk. Also found that the print started to bleed.
