Excellent service!
I love the quick responses that I was getting on Instragram, and the updated on my order that was placed.
The kurthi's that I ordered are soft and worth it for the price.
I will definitely be ordering again!

The dress is a nice cut, colour and fit but the finish of the garment on the inside is not good. The seams were not overlocked.
That does not give the garment a professional look.
Bit disappointed.

Prompt an effecient service...delivery was quick... Will definately buy from you again...love my outfits.. Quality at its best

The 3 kurtis I purchased are very beautiful. Very good value for money. The shipping process however took longer than a month.

Ordering: quick response to ordering of product. Did not wait long for delivery. Quality of the product is satisfactory. Will definately order again

Very easy to use website and app to purchase. Items arrive in good time and are as described.

The dress I bought is beautiful and your advice to take bigger size helped a lot. Thank you for your wonderful service, not to mention the delivery was fast. I'm an Africa woman who loves Indian clothes and I will buy more from Indian Dress House.

Excellent Service and their professionalism is exceptional. my suggestion is it will be great if an extra piece of cloth is attached in each dress purchased for altering if its a bit small.

I was really disappointed that after I had purchased my outfit (which I have not worn yet as the function that I bought it for is in May), It was going for a 23% discount.

The owner was very helpful and extremely patient with me when I made an appointment to exchange kurtis that were too large for me.

Service was fast, delivery was good and quality great.

Excellent service...good quality. Its a pleasure dealing with Indian dress House.

Fast delivery. And they have great quality items and so affordable! I'll keep going back.
The only thing is that the colour of items in the pic don't always match the actual colour of the item, so it's a bit disappointing at times. But, if possible, maybe they can work on that or maybe a description of the colour instead. That would be helpful.

Response was excellent. Received my outfit as promised. Beautiful. Good service.. Highly recommended

I dislike that you use a courier service that has an extremely low rating and very difficult to get a hold of. It is almost impossible to call. Also, I bought two dresses at R350 each on sale. with R100 courier fee, it would be best to update the expected shipping times during festive or busy seasons so that people can plan properly. I would never buy those dresses at original price. Everything is highly overpriced.

The quality of the product, exactly what was advertised as well as the communication.

Excellent service. I placed an order received it speedily. However needed to change some items bought. I asked if I could and was helped out immediately.

Excellent service from placing my order to delivery👌
The dress was exactly like the picture.

Great pre and after sale service
Returning / exchanging was so easy and Hawa was so patient with all the questions and requests
Overall a really great shopping experience
