Tom and his team, Leah and Maria, were a pleasure to deal with. They explained the process thoroughly and were responsive to messages and emails. Their guidance was reassuring to us as first time buyers and we would absolutely recommend Indigo Mortgages!

Tom and the team have been absolutely brilliant, walking us through the purchase of our first house, remortgage and onto our second home. I wouldn’t trust anyone else, the team have been absolutely invaluable, ensuring that we fully understand the process and clearly setting out our options through what has been a turbulent time in the mortgage world.

Tom is an amazing mortgage broker. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our mortgage, having now used Tom & his team for our first house, remortgage and now second home. He makes the process effortless from our side, being super attentive and on the ball to keep it moving through. He takes the time to explain the process & breaks down the complicated jargon ensuring we understand it all fully. From start to finish the service provided by Ashley and Maria at Indigo was first class.

Following a couple of initial zoom meetings to meet me and my partner and get all our details down, they set up a WhatsApp group so we were always able to ask any questions and put our mind at ease through the whole process.

Following the initial consultation, they were extremely clear and concise as to the information/documentation they required to move forward to the application and as soon as we pulled it all together, they proceeded with the application process immediately

From initial consultation to mortgage offer in a little over 4 weeks, 2 of which were waiting for the lender to make their decision.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Tom, Leah & Maria have been absolutely amazing, couldn’t fault them one bit. Tom has been so unbelievably helpful and his knowledge is amazing! From submitting our mortgage application to getting our mortgage offer was 4 days!!! I couldn’t believe it, wouldn’t have been possible without them. I will be recommending them to everyone!!!

We thought buying our first home would be extremely stressful, but we can confidently say that Ashley and team made it such a smooth process.
