First time buyers of a house going through probate (and a previous sale that fell through). Tom and the team were great in helping us navigate and complete on a long winded and frustrating sale. They helped us with numerous mortgage offers and helped us get the best deals available to us, and even managed to secure extensions to our offers when we needed it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great mortgage advisor.

Myself and my partner have been in the process of buying our first house and I must say that the team of Ashley, Maria & Leah have been an absolutely amazing. They have gone over and above our expectations, and even offering advice towards the process of property purchasing outside of their fields. All of the people within Indigo have been a delight to work with within this regard, are always happy and friendly, and always respond within the same day (or even within the same hour!). Cannot recommend them enough.

For my partner and I, the initial contact with Mortgage Advisor Tom and his team was well organised, professional and accommodating. His team were very understanding that this was a new experience for us both with little knowledge and all the information was explained to us clearly. They spent a lot of time with us and helped accommodate our requests. We were able to ask questions via text, email, WhatsApp or telephone and they were very approachable. Cannot recommend highly enough! As first time buyers and having never submitted a mortgage application before, we were overwhelmed by the amount of information and advise that was available to us.

Thankfully, the team at Indigo Mortgages made it incredibly easy and we couldn’t imagine doing it without them. They were very patient with us throughout and took the time to explain every stage of the process. When selecting our mortgage, Tom first showed us all of our available options, unlike another mortgage broker that we’d previously spoken to over the phone, and he helped us to find the right mortgage based on our circumstances. This decision was ours to make and we never felt pressured or rushed into making it. However, all the heavy lifting was done for us as Tom was clear when explaining the different costs of each deal.

Finally, the Team’s communication was second to none. Tom was happy to arrange video calls later in the evening to accommodate our busy schedule and we were assigned a dedicated group chat with Leah and Maria, who were very helpful and made information / document sharing easy.

We will definitely be using Indigo Mortgages again!

This was my first time getting a mortgage and my first home. Tom was extremely helpful in helping me get the best mortgage deal available and helped me through the entire process. Him and his team are always available to help and offer such a great service. Would 100% recommend to anyone, especially if this is a first time for you buying a home.
