After my experience with one of the major banks, I cannot overstate how refreshing it has been to deal with ING. On both the 14th and 15th of July, I spoke to two outstanding support staff â one male and one female â who truly set a new standard in customer service.
There were no long wait times, no departmental ping-pong, and no robotic responses. Instead, I was met with people who listened intently, offered fast, informed guidance, and took genuine responsibility for assisting me.
One call even dropped out â and unlike any other bank Iâve dealt with, they called me back straight away. That speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to the customer.
I felt respected, protected, and â for the first time in a long time â optimistic about banking again. ING has left the big four banks far behind.
Iâve since moved all my banking to ING, and I genuinely feel supported. If you're looking for a bank that treats you as a human being and not a number, I cannot recommend ING more highly.
