Overall, I always have positive experience. As a customer living abroad, I mainly rely on online services. The mobile app is really intuitive and easy to use. In addition, every interaction I've had with the call center has been always friendly, and clearly focused on customer satisfaction.

The overall service quality is excellent - highly recommended!

They started no fee policy for money transfers. very useful for daily transactions

Scammers found a backdoor through ING Security. ING refused to take ownership and explain how it could happen. Repeated requests for information and accountability. Have now been ignored. Zero trust in their security and integrity.

Mi hanno clonato l'home banking e fatto bonifici in uscita per quasi 13000€!
Non ho mai ricevuto nessun'alert (sms o mail) dei bonifici che qualcuno stava facendo al posto mio a destinatari a me sconosciuti!
Avvocato (600€) e denuncia all'ABF non sono serviti in quanti la banca dice di avermi gli alert.
Morale della favola...13000€ buttati nel cesso!

After my experience with one of the major banks, I cannot overstate how refreshing it has been to deal with ING. On both the 14th and 15th of July, I spoke to two outstanding support staff — one male and one female — who truly set a new standard in customer service.
There were no long wait times, no departmental ping-pong, and no robotic responses. Instead, I was met with people who listened intently, offered fast, informed guidance, and took genuine responsibility for assisting me.
One call even dropped out — and unlike any other bank I’ve dealt with, they called me back straight away. That speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to the customer.
I felt respected, protected, and — for the first time in a long time — optimistic about banking again. ING has left the big four banks far behind.
I’ve since moved all my banking to ING, and I genuinely feel supported. If you're looking for a bank that treats you as a human being and not a number, I cannot recommend ING more highly.
