Excellent service

Big thanks to George who walked me through the process and explained in great detail any questions I had. New life insurance set up for mine and my wifes remortgage in less than 60mins. Would recommend.

Vicky was great explaining all our options for life insurance and critical illness cover, finding us a better deal and completing the application on our behalf. She also put us in touch with the will writing service, which we have been meaning to do

George was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was so friendly, super approachable, super understanding and kind which made all the difference given it was my first time looking at insurance comparison. I would expect this type of thing to be intimidating but it was the polar opposite, I felt like I could've sat down and had a cup of tea with him. Such a cool guy!

He went the extra mile for me and the conversation was easy going while explaining the important parts too, I didn't feel anxious or nervous at any point. Definitely made my day and it's always nice to talk to someone down to earth and friendly.

I recently had a meeting with Richard moon via zoom to update our insurance policies regarding our life insurance, Income protection and critical illness. He was efficient, Knowledgable and most of all patient and attentive to my questions. It rare you come across a person on one of these calls with personal skills, Normally they just follow a script, This was completely the opposite with Richard he was friendly and warm.

Highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.
