Delivery driver in a hurry...!
The flowers were described as very beautiful and wonderful. They were delivered on time and to the correct address. However, the delivery driver did not wait for my elderly mother to open the door. Instead, my mother found the flowers lying on her doorstep and only caught a glimpse of the delivery driverâs back as he left.

Wrong flowers
I ordered 10 tulips, but I was sent an email after it was delivered that the tulips were not available. The florist took it upon himself/herself to replace the flowers and had it delivered without checking first with me.

Thank you for your review Djong can see we sent you an email before delivery advising the florist did not have 10 Tulips . As we did not get a reply, and so not to miss the delivery date - she sent the tulips she did have, along with other flowers .
