ADSL Inwi très mauvaise expérience connexion instable depuis 07/2025 des coupures chaque 10 seconde je ne conseil pas vraiment c'est du n'importe quoi

Mauvaise expérience, problèmes de connexion wifi fréquents depuis que j'ai opté pour cet opérateur, je ne recommande pas du tout.

catastrophe.ur service sucks ur wifi sucks ur commercial suck ur prices sucks orange is way way way better and cheaper i just ordered the fibre optique the price was like 250 nd the next month they told me ugotta adjust it to 310dh and i did hoping the trash quality gets better and i got nonee it is bulshit i wanna release the contract but i can t and i ll stop paying from next month and i will go for orange theyre cheaper and solide like i did inwi cuz i nedded wifi in my new home and orange agence was closed .like orange has 250 for fixed 20mb aand 300 for fix 30 rn i pay 310 for 110 ko bullshittt damn fix thisss

The world now offers incredible internet, but this company offers exorbitant prices. And the worst internet in the world.

J’ai souscrit à la fibre optique INWI, les techniciens sont venus faire l’installation chez moi, mais cela fait maintenant plus d’une semaine que ma ligne n’est toujours pas activée.
L’installation a été faite, mais le service n’a toujours pas été lancé. Franchement, c’est dommage de laisser un client attendre aussi longtemps après intervention.

Cette entreprise ne pourra plus rien faire car elle est en chute libre. C'est la dégradation totale. Cette entreprise est incomparable, elle est dirigée par des incompétents qui veulent sa perte . Des nullards qui ne comprenne rien aux niveaux marketing et gestion. À titre d'exemple je rappelle le cas des suspensions des lignes de clients qui paient leurs factures justifications en mains... Des réclamations sans fin qui restent sans réponse.

Si je pouvais donner zéro étoile, je le ferais. Service téléphonique déplorable et service client catastrophique. Je suis en voyage au Maroc et j'ai acheté une carte SIM Inwi, théoriquement 20 Go pour 30 jours à 120 dirhams. Après seulement 7 jours, le service Internet a cessé de fonctionner. Il est impossible de les contacter car ils ne répondent que par chat, et sur Facebook, le chat est interrompu après 30 secondes d'inactivité. Après plusieurs tentatives, j'ai réussi à ouvrir un ticket sans toutefois résoudre quoi que ce soit, ni recevoir de mises à jour. SI VOUS ÊTES TOURISTES EN VOYAGE AU MAROC, ÉVITEZ CETTE COMPAGNIE COMME LA PESTE. CE SONT DES VOLEURS.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible phone service and terrible customer service. I’m traveling in Morocco and bought an Inwi SIM card—supposedly 20 GB for 30 days at 120 dirhams—but after just 7 days, the internet stopped working. It’s impossible to contact them because they only respond via chatbox, and on Facebook, the chat gets disconnected after 30 seconds of inactivity. After several attempts, I managed to open a support ticket, but it didn’t resolve anything, and I haven’t received any updates. IF YOU’RE A TOURIST TRAVELING IN MOROCCO, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY’RE THIEVES.

This a bad experience for data or wifi the prices are high for slow internet the worst service in Morocco

The internet service is very disappointing. The prices are very high and the quality is very poor.

Overall, my experience with Inwi has been very negative. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable service, as it fails to meet basic expectations and does not provide good value for money.

La connexion est catastrophique:
La connexion 4G et même 5G qui est quasi inexistante est totalement nul à Fès sachant que c'est la deuxième plus grande ville au Maroc avec une population supérieur à 1 million d'habitant, certes le prix est abordable comparativement avec Maroc Telecom mais la qualité est nul, j'ai acheté un pass de 20 dh réseaux sociaux illimités, la qualité su réseau est catastrophique une barre de réseau en plein ville.

Maroc Telecom’s service is extremely poor, with weak quality and overpriced plans that have no justification.
As customers, we feel exploited by low-value offers that fail to deliver on their promises
A completely disappointing experience I would even recommend boycotting until 10GB costs 10 dirhams

this ISP has a monopoly here. The prices are very high compared to the quality of the service.

This is supposedly a local company and it should give better internet speed and more reasonable prices
But they all do the same expensive price for internet not worth 10% of that price

The worst company in the world, their prices are out of this world, shame on you!

Bought 8go of roaming data for france lags and dont work perfectly its stopped working when i needed it the most and had to get a new esim while connected over wifi in restaurant it cost me more money i hate when this happens … and still lags works 5mî and stops and i habe to keep trying till it works on it own the esim on the other had worked perfectly during the whole trip non issues what so ever
