Very good customer service!
Our bottle was broken after 5 month and I have asked for warranty replacement. Ellvee has helped me fast, friendly and satisfying. Many thanks for it.

Liked the look of the water bottle online and it arrived promptly and was better than I thought. May have to get a larger size now. Great getting a freebie too.

I purchased the ION8 Roam in red.
It truly is a lovely thing. Beautifully made, and looks stunning. And it’s very nice to use.

I had a problem with one of my water bottles and the customer service provided by Inah was excellent. I was sent a replacement bottle straight away. Couldn’t have asked for more. Love our bottles, and my daughter loves the designs!

We have had a few ion8 bottles in various sizes for over a year now and they are really good quality; the insulated ones keep drinks cold for a long time. Recently one of the seals went missing from a bottle and I messaged customer services, expecting to be told I'd need to buy a whole new bottle. I was helped by Inah who very kindly sent me a new seal for free, which was much appreciated. Excellent customer service.

Very disappointing customer service.

I am a regular online shopper, and this has been one of my worst online shopping experiences — not only because of the delivery issue, but because of how the company handled it.

Their responses felt rude, dismissive and unnecessarily rigid. Instead of trying to resolve the matter constructively, they shut down the conversation, refused to escalate the complaint, and made the refund process feel difficult and unpleasant.

Compared with most reputable online retailers, this was a very poor customer experience. A delivery issue should not be handled in such an unfriendly and unhelpful way, especially when a customer has paid for goods they did not receive. I would not recommend them.

It feels like no matter how often and deeply I clean your average water bottle, those yucky gunky black bits manage to find their way around the lid. Ion8 bottles have solved that problem. We LOVE these bottles. Great patterns, and a personalisation option, which is perfect for my son's school water bottle. The option to add a straw is perfect, my two year old finds it so much easier to drink using a straw.

My sons autistic and I thouth this would be great but he hates change but he love it and off to school he went it broke on the first day of use and it leaked and his lip got cut feom the mouth pecie after it cuffed on first day I asked for a refund a wile ago and still havnt heard nothing back so iv messaged again today so fingers crossed but not holding my breath

Bottle is great in terms of no leak and having a handle - did take me a while to learn to leave the lid open when closing so it didn’t spit drink out the straw on next open tho!
My bottle did seem to be a defective one as it wasn’t keeping drinks cold very long, but Ellvee in customer service immediately responded and is sending me a replacement which is frankly amazing service! Definitely recommend if that’s their service level because it was so quick and easy and they were very understanding that there was a problem! Great work Ellvee and much appreciated

The best water bottle for children. My son has special needs, he is very heavy handed and chews everything. These water bottles are durable, easy to hold and use, plus they look great. The straw is also hidden in the bottle, therefore, my son can not ruin it by chewing.

We already had 4 of these bottles (daughter has 2, we have one each) but I wanted some designs not available on Amazon so bought straight from them. They accidentally sent us the wrong one (a green dinosaur) but when I contacted them they sent me the correct one. I gave the wrong one to my sister for my nephew and now she loves it so much she has bought more for the rest of her family.

Colourful bottles and appear good quality. Excellent service. One bottle arrived with a dent in the bottom edge. Replacement arrived within a few days.
